Hello. French native speaker here. I learned English (and I am still learning..) just the same way you are learning French. What helped was music and movies. I would listen to English music while reading the lyrics, it helps with the pronounciation and accent. Movies helped with following a conversation, expressions, vocabulary etc… but again what’s essential when learning a new language is practicing. Since you have nobody to help, I would suggest speaking to yourself. Go in a park and talk to birds, trees, bushes … in French. It is not much but as you do it often there will be some progress trust me. I tried it and it work for me with English, I don’t know the results are gonna be the same with French but you should give it a try. And don’t give up, you will get there !
