Since you've been doing all the "bugs", you could do the "no shot" bug in Galaga. OR! The "last 2 digits" trick on Tempest to skip to the 900K bonus level, and get a quick million points? This was a good run BTW! I also played Galaxian when it was new, and also scored over 100K. :-)
I may eventually do the Galaga trick, but there is already some video showing this. I wanted to do Tempest, I had started one, but I could not go far in the game because of a problem with save states in MAME with some Atari games. :(
@@Prog61 I was just gonna ask what you were using to create the TAS- is MAME-rr is still the standard? I've been wanting to do a couple Atari TAS for their driving games but the savestate bug has been killing me and seems like you, too.
I'm using a modified MAME 211 and a TAS editor I made in windows (outside of MAME) similar to TASEdit in BizHawk. My first TAS (Tutankham) was made with MAME-RR. It made me realize that I needed an editor like BizHawk to edit faster and try all the permutations that I wanted to try. My editor is a work in progress, I may make it public one day but for now, only a programmer could use it. I have to add some lines of code and recompile it each time I want to TAS a new game. It may be much better if someone develop an editor inside MAME, I saw some talk about that in a forum...

@@Prog61 Awesome progress! Thanks for the reply, looking forward to future TAS runs from you, you're reignited the TAS bug inside me :)
God man they didn't stand a chance. Every shot a winner.
Best player 😮🎉❤
When this game came out, it was the second most awesome thing anyone had ever seen (Star Wars was the most awesome).
Do you think you could do a TAS of major havoc?
Major Havoc was on the top of my list and I have tried but there is a problem with the Save states in MAME for some Atari games.😒
Request: Extermaintor arcade game tas
Wow! No missed shots!?
This is a TAS, not real-time gameplay.

@@Prog61 I know what they are, but I’ve thought about doing one, but that might take a while for me
I am not a robot?
Pog
NO miss shot!!
suspicious to me. not one miss, no enemies got by him.
Looks like you have an invincibility cheat on. Pretty sure that some alien shots passed through your ship.
Good shooting though!! 👍
This is a TAS, I edited the move of the player for every frames manually. More info here: www.youtube.com/@Prog61/about
Cool. Many thanks for the link 😀👍

Imagine a kid
Called Galaxian
.o.
И для чего тут TAS? Я играю не хуже
ノーミスショットは、凄いけどただギャラクシアンたちの出番がほとんど無くて何か可哀想😅これじゃタイトルは、「ギャラクシアン」ではなく「ギャラクシップ」だね
