Good video. I would like to point out that the bow is a pretty decent weapon too. The charge shot can go through enemies and obstacles so slower enemies are a piece of cake using it.
@@redcrimson1028 I always would go berserker with gloves and have a bow for the odd safe kill. Most of the time, the enemy was dead before I was in danger.
Yeah, as soon as I realized I wasn't going to use the shield, I went gloves and bow, though the bow was mainly good because of infinite ammo and range.
wish there was a way you could upgrade your backpack carrying capacity. or just add different backpacks in general with varying stat bonuses and stuff.
Kind of surprising, since it's such an important part of every game, so I agree 100%. There's a familiar that does help immensely, though. Use the mimic!

Hey...nice tips and great video btw. I was exploring the dungeons and I accidentally fell into one of those secret rooms and there was this stone which would spawn monsters when activated and difficulty got higher everytime I activated the stone...but what caught my eye was the reward at the end of each wave. At first I saw the bronze chest, then the silver and then gold...I had already killed 3 waves of monsters by then and I activated the stone again there was this purple chest which was glowing...I had to beat the wave to open the chest though but the difficulty was insane.
This is NOT a tip but something that I've noticed; There is a way to find out what the mystery items with the "?" Are ... IF! The item happens to be material from an armor or weapon you wish listed. Guess how.

The thing with the sword and shield is that it's GREAT at hitting things diagonally.
The sword 2nd shield combo is actually the best, u can block most attacks and counter

Don't forget to hack each tree in town after each day/night cycle. It's a breezy way to stack gold coins when your early-game pouch is light . . .
