The one con you didn't mention.... being able to be selective in your search options. 98 percent of what shows up...I wouldn't approach IRL.

    • @TheGameOfLoveChannel
      @TheGameOfLoveChannel  2 года назад

      That's a good add. Valid.
But ditch the bullshit at the end. Everyone reading that comment knows it's bullshit. There's plenty of successful, attractive, and desirable women on Facebook Dating. Further...you're coming across as if you're some big deal. The thing is, one quick search of your Facebook revealed reality.
      1) You're the cliche "anonymous Facebook profile pic" guy who is predicatably...angry at the world
      2) That was SOME WHOPPER of a tail you shared, as if you could land 98% of the women on Facebook Dating
Look, you apparently like to be forward, direct, and have no problem engaging like an asshole on social media, so I'm confident that this is probably the best way to reach you...speaking your language, and not being all soft on you as if you can't handle the truth.
Look, you're being the cliche unsuccessful male online dater who is white, middle aged, and frustrated. I think it's pretty clear that you're getting the results you qualify for and deserve the way you conduct yourself and with your beliefs.
I'd say if you want to be a real man, ditch these bitchass beliefs and replace them with better ones as you work on yourself, your online dating skill (so that you can be successful on ANY online dating app and not such a whiner)...and develop a better perspective for life and the games of Love.
I'm still chuckling at you saying you wouldn't approach 98% of the women. I doubt you approach many women, PERIOD. Let alone, of great quality. Let alone, with much success.
But the Internet is a place where you can pretend you're a king...

I find lots of scammer, also when I delete my profile and over some time re-sign up again, I see FB would give you the same group of people or maybe those people are still looking as well.

There are SOME "scammers" on EVERY (free) dating app. It's up to you to be able to identify and avoid them, sparing your time and energy. That is on you to have that level of awareness and skill. If you don't...I'd suggest checking out my Online Dating 101 playlist, as it covers a FULL FOUNDATION of knowledge you need to have about Online Dating for a better experience and results. You can find the playlist at ruclips.net/user/thegameoflovechannel
Yes, if you delete your account and then later rejoin, I'd expect that you're going to see some familiar faces. Dating apps all go by location, and I'd assume they're showing you the women in YOUR AREA. So just saying, nothing wrong there!
I really do suggest the playlist. Rooting for you. - Mario

There are only scammers on Facebook dating
Here is my expérience with Facebook dating :
The only thing the guy is right about is that conversations keep deseapearing leaving one with no proof of having been scammed
There is no way to have any contact with people from your town.
Something very weird happened to me with Facebook dating
First I never wsnted to be on this app... it was not a choice, It just was imposed to me by FB if I wasn't joining FBD I couldn't acces my normal account. After two days being forbiden to get into my FB account I surrounded and accepted to get myself in Facebook dating
So I was obliged to join, however I didn't want dating but I ended up consolating me thinking I was going to meet people from my new town and, who knows ?
I'd just been moving to a New town so I thought it could be a good Idea to meet new people from this new town. So I set a 15 kms radius for the research, put in my name, age, etc, as was required, and left it at that ... Soon some guys started to "like" my profile, and m'y smartphone kept ringing up but none of those people seemed to have any kind of similar interest with me, and they were all living more than 300 kms away (or so they say on FBD).
So if really there are "Facebook dating scams" I'd Say Facebook is the first culprit : we (women ) are obliged to write in and I don't believe it is possible no man was willing to date in my new town. I had set up carefully my dating radius to 15 kms and Facebook could find no man closer than 300 kms... How weird (I'm living in France we are not particularly an under populate country ). No celibate man in a 300 kms radius ? #comeon
They all told me they had no Facebook account so this looked really confusing to me. How can you have a Facebook dating account without being on Facebook ?
None of them seemed willing to meet (I wanted to see people in person and go to nice places in my new home town but nope), and they wouldn't give me tenir phone numbers either .
Since I couldn't stop the flux of requests from Facebook dating I had to uninstall Facebook from my smartphone, though loosing contact with my real friends from my last town.
      It has been heartbrocking
It has been a stressful and dreadful expérience of imposed inscription and no meeting nobody.
One of them one saturday morning ,wrote to me he was coming for a visit (never asked me before, was assiming he was going to stay at my place, hadn't even booked an hotel, juste told me he was going to show at my place one Saturday at noon and that was it I didn't have any say on the matter) and I was to cook him lunch - those declarations were making me manic, I was really becoming on the verge of a nervous breakdown - why should I have at my place people I've never met nor telephoned with ? Why was this guy assiming I was going to accommodate and feed him and wine him for a whole week end ? Where was he going to sleep ? - but he finally told me he had broke his car engine on the way to see me and he needed money since he had no car insurance. That's when I supressed my FB account from my phone.
I realise now that was probably an atempt at a "romance SCAM"
But I was never interested in dating those guys , nor in dating anyway, the inscription at the app was just imposed by Facebook .
I would have been interested in meeting people from my new town and going out for a cofee or an ice-cream but no way with Facebook dating
And I do insist : it was never my will to be on this app. Facebook just imposed it on me.
Then I think Facebook is an accomplice and must get something (probably money) from those scammers
I think Facebook meeting is an awfull app, there are only scammers (or at least very indelicate men), and Facebook obliges us , women, to sign in, wheter we are interested in dating or not, without any regards for our centers of interest, , tastes and geographical preferences.

Sounds like you just need to give it 24 hours. Just like Tinder, you can't like EVERYONE all at once. Not a big deal.
What you can do to be more efficient is prioritize the "liked you" list and swipe left/right on those first instead of a general list for those in your area.

    • @TheGameOfLoveChannel
      @TheGameOfLoveChannel  2 года назад

Why does it bother you so much that someone you've NEVER MET BEFORE loses interest in you, and does not tell you when and why?? Seriously, have you thought out just how BRUTAL it would be if EVERY TIME you got rejected online that you found out not just when, but that WHY?? How many times could you handle being told someone thought negatively of you? Or that he/she found someone hotter, smarter, with better conversation, better qualities, made more money, lived closer, didn't have your baggage/history, etc...
You should be thankful to be ghosted compared to the alternatives ;)
The games of Love are tough, and at times painful, but WORTH IT. Stay positive. Don't sweat getting ghosted (as much). It takes practice, sure, but get better. The lesson will benefit you for a lifetime!

Hmm. Brian, they DO show in your inbox when you message someone. In order.
      Here are two possible issues:
      1) They unmatched you, or deactivated their account, and that's why you can't see their profile in your inbox.
      2) You've sent so many messages you've gone above the Facebook Dating inbox. Last I checked, this was 100 conversations you could have in your inbox. If you go over, the newest messages just don't show at the top until you delete inbox conversations, or go to your settings to delete deactivated conversations (which makes space for updating newer conversations.
