    Maximum kitina %doshing rokhna chahiye har ro me alag alaga dosing pump ki set kiya jata hai 1 hrs me sabhi ro ka 50%ka dosing hota hai kiya sir or sabhi ro mein 1 hrs 5 ltr ka dosing set kiya jata hai

      RO प्लांट में एंटीस्केलेंट की डोजिंग रेंज आमतौर पर 2 से 6 ppm के बीच होती है। हालांकि, यह कई कारकों पर निर्भर करती है, जैसे:
      1. Feed water Quality: यदि पानी में घुले हुए लवण, कैल्शियम, मैग्नीशियम, सल्फेट या सिलिका की मात्रा अधिक होती है, तो उच्च मात्रा में एंटीस्केलेंट की आवश्यकता हो सकती है।
      2. Water Recovery Rate: उच्च रिकवरी रेट के लिए अधिक मात्रा में एंटीस्केलेंट की जरूरत हो सकती है।
      3. Antiscalant types : विभिन्न प्रकार के एंटीस्केलेंट के लिए अलग-अलग डोज़ अनुशंसित होते हैं, इसलिए हमेशा निर्माता के दिशा-निर्देशों का पालन करना चाहिए।

      Antiscalant dosing calculation
      Data for Example -
      1. RO feed flow - 10 kl/hr
      2. Antiscalant dosing required - 5 ppm
      3. Antiscalant solution strength - 10%
      How to calculate the quantity of antiscalant litre/hr
      Formula= ( feed flow rate x required chemical dosing) ÷ chemical strength
      =( 10kl/hr x 5 ppm) ÷ 10%
      = 10 x 1000 L/hr x 5 ppm) ÷ 10 x 10000 ppm
      = 0.5 L/hr
      Antiscalant dosing required 0.5 L/hr if RO feed 10Kl/hr, chemical dosing 5 ppm & chemical strength 10%.
      Conclusion - Chemical dosing flow vary depending on chemical strength, feed flow & dosing required ppm.

      To calculate PPM (parts per million), you need to know the mass of the solute (the substance being dissolved) and the mass of the solution (the total mixture).
      Here's the formula:
      PPM = (mass of solute / mass of solution) * 1,000,000

      For example
      if your feed flow is 100litter/hr and the permeate flow is 75litter/hr, then the
      recovery is (75/100) x 100 = 75%.

    Please send the consentration of intiscalent, your comments also need ,if the consentration of intiscalent is 100 % then use 5 ppm, if the consentration is only 15 % then , which dosing??

      If dosing of antiscalnt 5ppm ( If chemical concentration changes than consumption of chemical changes)
      Just for example-
      1. Condition If 100% concentration - chemical consumption 1 ltr dosing
      2. Condition If 50% concentration - chemical consumption 2 ltr dosing
      3. Condition If 25% concentration - chemical consumption 4 ltr dosing
      4. Condition If 15% concentration - chemical consumption 6.66 ltr dosing
