I love the way you faded the photo to add the text. I do it often at work on PPTs, but would never have thought of doing it for printing a photo! I will DEFFO being doing this in the future!

😂 Saskatoon is a city but it’s also a type of berry. Sort of like blueberries, but more firm and tart. I like mixing them with blueberries and putting them in crisps and pies. 😋

We picked Saskatoons. They are kinda similar to a blueberry but they are more tart and firmer. They grow wild here in some places. We used to go berry picking in the ditch by my house when I was a kid.

I really like this page and especially like your tip to use the scrap photos to fill in under the fold.
I’m glad I went with the scrap photos. It helps the design continue plus they would’ve ended up in the trash if I didn’t use them! 😂

The flapped corners idea is brilliant! I think I’ll give it a try but think I’ll try tearing the paper rather than cut.
Tearing paper is a great way to add a more organic feel to your layout!
