Treadles are still sold new all over the world, Singer India makes them in a more modern form. And hand cranks. In the USA we have to hoard all those ancient singer tables to run modern Janome 12 stitch plus buttonhole treadle machines. So yeah, treadle belts are easy to get. The Amish use rubber treadle belts.
Great suggestion for grammie here.. I will try my hand at my very first rewiring I will watch every video possible first. I want the new electronic foot with 75 year old foot.... better easier control singer what looks like class 15 according to serial number and pic 1949 december edition . challenging myself to something new.
I think you mentioned in one of your videos about replacing the felt sheet in the drip tray. Where do you buy felt sheets? I enjoy your videos and have learned lots of valuable information
Hello Dale. I have found these in sewing shops, hobby stores, and craft stores. I would ask one of the retail associates and they can direct you. I'm sure they are available online, but I find it more convenient just to pick them up in a physical store.
Would love to see you go over a red-eye 66 and how to get it all clean and straight. Thanks for all your videos!

You should do a video on the Singer potted motor and what to look for since it may be difficult to get one fixed.
Thank you for showing this to us.
Please do a video on the red wicking.
Hi and thank you for asking. I plan on doing a video on replacing the red wicking. Keep checking in and I hope to have that video on my list soon.

I have a vintage Imperial with the double outlet. What happens if the light and motor are plugged into the wrong spot?
