yeah, that paint is VERY sweet. I suggest putting 30mm tires on, even a lot of World Tour pros are racing on that size. slightly fatter tires just make for a better bike and overall ride.
They other similar bike that comes to mind Lauf Uthald road bikes come w Sram groupsets and in a similar vein of direct to customer cheaper but still quality enough for mortals w top self components around 5-6k. The big companies your talking near 10k and up for top their components which they tend to match only w the top tier frames

Plus, frameset should be not very flexible, so aluminum is okay, carbon is so so, since it could be very flexible sometimes. Gravel bike is usually have not so aggressive position framesets, and not so high gear ratios.
