Nice video showing what you do. I am wondering if this kind of cleaning work for AC motors in saws that also sparks or even spew smokes? Is the wood chip buildup being carbonated by high temperatures causing the short circuit, leading to sparks/smokes?
If the drill is new, this will improve over time during the familiarization period. I don't think you need to return it, but if there is a loss of performance, you can return it
I think don't do that, don't squeeze oil, the important thing here is to get the O part of the engine rid of oil and dirt. If you squeeze the oil it can even catch fire.
Hi brother i have charger of 21 volt and 0.8 amp and battery is 18 volt li-ion 1.3Ah And readings on cordless drill machine are 12volt 18-25 NM. And inside drill machine readings on moter are grs 550vc 21volt I want to to convert it to corded drill machine plz suggest me a adopter or supply with best volt and amp please.
I would’ve just sprayed contact cleaner in through the vent without taking the drill apart and blew it out with an air hose and call it good😊
You're right, I tried it first, but I couldn't clean up the mess inside. yes.Sometimes it can work Thank you for watching the video,
Nice, just what I needed! Thanks!

Clean by retaining air. Maybe you can get out of this situation without disassembling the engine
My drill is new out the box n it does this, I tjink am going to return this

Is the motor in that drill the same as RS550 12v dc motor. Or in other words can it be replaced with a RS550 12v dc motor
The motor you're talking about seems to be a good fit
It's nice what you did, i've got the same problem last week but a new motor cost only a few dollars.
Yes, that's right, but I changed the engine first, but the engine I changed didn't give it the orginal motor power.
@@MrSatech That's true, unfortunately there are many kinds of motors, outside they all looks the same.
How many volts is the motor used in a 21 volt drill machine?
Plz reply.is very argent 😢
12.5v
@@MrSatech tnx bro
I just done this except I can’t get the top off the motor will it work if I just spray WD40 into the motor?
