      I like the way they look but the cf doesn’t match the color scheme of the car so I plan on wrapping them.

    Looks good! I wish they came in Carbon Flash. I just need to figure out how to incorporate this with my Z06 style canards from EOS. Originally I made some brackets so that I didn’t have to drill into my bumper.
    Thanks for the video. I have been researching these fender flares for weeks with no luck until now.

      I was wondering how to make these work with the canards. Can probably make them work but the fender extensions may have to be shortened or notched. I’d have to take a closer look at it. Gimme a couple weeks and I’ll see if I can come up with anything. I’ve got a lot of different combination of parts I can try them out with.

      @@eight16garage Yes please keep us posted! I am definitely interested. In my current implementation (no fender flares) I ended up 3d printing a bracket that attaches to the fender wheel well screws. It works pretty well. If you are curious you can see the bracket in the EOS reviews for the EOS front splitter. My car is the orange one. The second picture shows the bracket.

    Looks good with wide wheels. Cost $900, but also real carbon fiber.

    • @eight16garage

      Yeah they are a little pricey.

    I have some factory Z06 wheels, 20 x 10 front, 21 x 13 rear. The rear tire sticks out one half inch. I am looking for a way to make them look tucked in. These look like the answer. Can you comment on a 21x13 rear stock wheel, and not lowered, standard height Z51. Thanks.

      @eight16garage  3 месяца назад

      I agree. With these that just may give that perfect fitment. I contemplated spacers but just don’t want to mess with them. The rears don’t need to come out much. I think the Z06 wheels would fit with these extensions if they only poke half an inch. They’re not horrible they way it sits here. It’s the fronts that looked too sucked in.

      It does not currently come in carbon flash, only carbon fiber as of now. They are $899 for the pair but can be bought in a pair (front pair, rear pair).

    No ,,, doesn't look good, regarding front, does it flap at hiway speed since it is not mounted at the back part?

    • @eight16garage
      @eight16garage  7 месяцев назад +1

      Thanks for the input. No flapping a higher speeds. They are mounted pretty tight and that portion that tucks up between the fender and wheel liner is a pretty snug fit.

      Hey no worries, I want to get opinions on them. I think I just like them due to the fact they get rid of that wheel/fender gap and make the car look lower without sacrificing that ride quality.
