Chicken Kebab:
500 grams minced chicken
1 medium onions chopped & water squeezed out
2-3 green chillies chopped
1 small tomato cored and finely chopped
2 tsp ginger & garlic paste
Large bunch coriander finely chopped

Spices:
freshly ground black peppercorn
1 tsp chilli powder (as per taste)
1 tsp coriander powder
1/4 tsp garam masala
1 tsp cumin powder
salt
3/4 tsp bicarbonate of soda

2 ingredients Bread:
100 grams self raising flour
110 grams greek yoghurt (thick yoghurt)
Salt a pinch

I have a Nutricook Airfryer Smart Oven. But my model is discontinued now unfortunately.
Do you use the frozen chicken thighs of sadia? If yes, do you remove the skin?
No I always use fresh chicken thighs. Skinless ones.
