TWO different versions of this episode exist. One is the original version, with the 1959-'62 opening title, with Jack's caricature {by Rene Bouche} prominently featured in the title (the one seen here is from the 1963-'64 season), and Mahlon Merrick's "J&M Stomp" as the theme; and *this* one, repeated during the 1964-'65 season as "SUNDAY WITH JACK BENNY" [featuring an animated opening of a procession of musical instruments, with a violin case sliding out to reveal the title], and Merrick's "Waukegan Walk" theme as the title music].
In a world which has mostly forgotten Jack Benny, let alone quality Jack Benny, I thank you very much!
In my book Jack, you are the best comic that ever was. When I need a lift and some rib tickling you do it every time. Thank you Jack.
I agree with the two comments....thank you Jack you kept me laughing.
A very funny episode.
The plaque breaks into John Daly's hands and he's delighted. Jack, not! HILARIOUS END!!!
