If you read the lyrics, it starts with the Mom telling the daughter that she was the first place winner, even winning a gold medal (reference to how everyone is already on this earth having the best swimming sperm landing on the egg) that she was getting bigger and Mom couldn’t contain her (reference to her womb) and she liked to swim in warm water (the placenta and water inside the womb) and Mom had to let her out. Sounds kinda weird, but Suhyun herself talked about this on an interview. Also the message is all about Mom giving her daughter sense of self worth and letting her know it’s ok to be different because we all have the potential to change the world. It’s so refreshing to have a song like this and yes, the MV was awesome! Song was written by her brother, who is already a successful author in Korea as well as a prolific songwriter.
