The quality of plastic legs of new chair is good. I have using the same chair I bought in 2015. Still working very well. But some ppl use roughly especially strong and big ppl. They break arm rest also because of rough use or leaning on arm rest. But I think plastic cheap, local quality spare legs are not good.
Sahi baat bolae hai Sir. Revolving chair faltu hi hai....kuch naah kuch kharab hotae hi rahata hai. Maintenance karnae sae bhi kitna lamba chalega uska koi garuntee nahi hai. Kuch years baad height adjuster ka lever e kharap ho jata hai.
