I'm landlocked. The only shark I fear is the loan shark. Great video but really depressing when you think of all the sharks slowly dying because of humans. I believe in Peta (People eat the animals) but I also believe in only take what you need, use the entire animal, and not being cruel in the taking (if you have to take make it as quick and painless as possible).

@@toryistatertot5394 What's bad about sharks in particular is that they provide very little nutritional value except for there livers (which are what the orca's eat).
The shark fins have no value and are just used for there texture.

16:36 shark have rows of teeth, when one falls out a new one gets pushed forward to fill the gap. Those teeth are already there and then when one gets pushed forward a new one grows in the backrow. Unlike crocs and alligators who grow a new tooth after loosing one.

0:46 I heard of that story! It happened at a beach in South Padre Island during 4th of July (pretty sure) where a woman was swimming in the ocean and a shark bit off her calf. My family and I were surprised to hear it happened at a place we regularly go to every summer.

For me it's a vague fear, as I've never seen one in person, or even been all that close to one (that I'm aware of, at least). I've always found them fascinating, but kinda scary. Pretty much the same thing with snakes and spiders, though. I'm still afraid of them, not the fact they exist or anything, but along the lines of fearing a high spot with no guard rails. It's not that you think bad things will happen, it's the possibility that is scary.

I would say casual Geographic shined a very positive light about sharks I still wouldn't trust going underwater in a cage with them but I definitely would like to be near small sharks like dog sharks are cats sharks maybe touch a stingray I know that's technically related to a shark casual Geographic is Awesome with the animal knowledge as usual😊
