Hi 421 great video, I to got my hands on Turner + 3B mine is in a silver body, board looks like EIA-151-1. I do not see the 47K resistor in mine where does this go? Also audio is low unless turned up full, it may have been wired for old Yeasu or Kenwood, I would like to put back to stock are you able to help?
My Turner +3 is the same, low volume unless both my radio mic gain (Galaxy 2547) and my +3 are at 3 o'clock volume ,although sound is magnificent I thought it was driving too low . 73

I prefer to receive things like this as a bargain in unknown condition. Other people attempting to fix things can lead to them turning out worse if they are not experienced. Many ebay sellers of things like this have no idea how they work or what they do.
Almost all of these things have paint chipped off since they're made out of pot metal that paint doesn't stick to well. It'd almost look too fake without the paint missing haha.

Why would someone sell a product with that battery corrosion? Why not clean it before it goes out??
