This is the 1st of three videos ( poss 5. ) where men come on camera to discuss how they struggle or have struggled with their mental health,we are trying to get men to open up and talk about what is still a stigma regarding men being open about what’s going on in their heads and being able to talk to anyone without feeling a failure or less of a man for doing so.
