Haemaru is located at the end of Haeundae Dalmaji Hill to Songjeong.
This is an observation deck built in Haeundae-gu earlier this year to commemorate the successful opening of APEC at Haeundae in Busan in 2005.
It is a figure of a father with a wide chest, holding his head against the moonlight, and wrapping Cheongsapo and Songjeong with his shoulders. It is a small, traditional octagonal pavilion of 9 pyeong, and has a thick pillar, tapered pillars, a railing, and a well floor.
In terms of feng shui geography, if Dongbaekseom is 'Woobaekho' centered on Jangsan, the ridge is called 'Left Cheongryong'. Jangsan can be seen to the north. Located in Cheongsapo, one of the eight scenic spots in Korea, you can see the mysterious view of the sea at a glance, and meet the sunrise and moonrise at once.
