VB air, and self levelling are game changers, the VB is also much better driving in windy conditions and passing artics, no more drag in passing. Bought the portable fridge with your code, very useful full of cold drinks as we’re currently in the Var, with med weather 🫶
You need a Cinderella loo, it is life changing !! Best upgrade we did, even better than our levellers, ecotree lithium, 3000w inverter etc. Never ever need empty a cassette, no water, no smells, no chemicals, genius! Although mine is run on lpg they are about to bring out one run off diesel!!! We put in the biggest underslung lpg tank we could fit so our loo is always working but will probably change to diesel in due course when new loo available. I cannot understand why not offered as an option on all motorhomes.
Wow you don’t do things by half. We have an Escape 674 similar layout and it’s a cracking MH I would love to do most of the upgrades you’ve done to get the best out of it. Well done and thanks for sharing.
Great video very informative as we're going to get a Swift Kontiki 894 soon, so your upgrades are definitely food for thought, love your channel. Cheers Richard.👍👍
Hi. I looked into that UV water filter a while back. Only effective on flow of less than 4 litres per minute. Most pumps have larger flow than this. Please don't get caught out
Apologies Lisa, there was so much information to get into the video I was reading from my new teleprompter, and I read really quick! I’ll learn from that and either just wing it like I usual do or actively remember to read slower next time!
Another great video Steve, looking forward to your next big adventure. Do you have any tips on how to stick down some of our decals on our brand new motorhome, I pulled some of the pointed ends up when washing. Thanks , Scott
Phew. Well done I've watched most of the alternations over the months but to see them all in one video is really interesting but to see most of them in practice is exciting. Thank you. 😘
Great video Steve, and what an amazing set of upgrades…. .Quite a few discount codes there…. None for DJI though …. Have, a great one, look forward to the next video.
I had Hail making havoc on my Hobby caravan week ago ,with half off windows broken and all sky skylights ,even brake lights are broken.Body and roof now look like swiss cheese And i just found how hard is to find exact spare parts ,like impossible. Your motorhome is sick ,nothing more to say,you have everything possible imagine
I love it, so many perfect upgrades on something that is nearly perfect already! The cost must be extortionate though? And as people have said speaking so fast, breathe lol, but so good 👌🏻
Great Upgrades, Looking forward to the next road trip

I tied my starlink into the WAN Ethernet port of my dual SIM 5G router (Teltonika). Set the Starlink router to pass through mode. Then set Ethernet WAN on the 5G router as priority, with fallback to SIM1 and then SIM2. Works great as all devices always connect to the same router (I didn’t want to have to think about attaching to the Starlink WiFi as needed) and if I don’t setup starlink it just automatically moves to the SIMs.
Well done Steve there was a lot of info there and it was right to talk quicker to ensure the video didn’t lose folk part way through . Well done mate . Ps just out of curiosity what does the van actually weigh now please ?
Well that was a lot to take in havnt slept all night worrying about when we will actually get our motorhome .Lots of dud dates given .Waiting to tour Europe but can't book even our ferry .Swift should do like hymer where you can see yourself where your van is up to Your total spend on motorhome and extras must be touching 200k surely Most of us don't have lots left over after our purchase Did the manufacturers pay you to advertise their products .Your very lucky .I will look at the bear security think you called it thanks
I am going on a fly holiday to Istanbul to do the battle field's tour of Gallipoli and Dardenelles peninsula of ww1 my grandfather and his best friend fought with the Anzacs forces of Australia and New Zealand troops but sad thing his friend never came back 😢 will be a pilgrimage for him and all others of the fallen it would be grate for your lads to experience the historical event which did become not the outcome in Turkey
Wow. Def reminds me of a fast talking shopping channel. Sorry guys but can’t help thinking a lot of the ‘upgrades’ such as the poor performing fridge, lack of shelves in the top cupboards, suspension and stereo output should’ve been already addressed in a £100k motorhome to make it fit for purpose. Did you manage to get any repairs done under the swift warranty such as the leaking habitation door, broken cupboard knobs, failing toilet mechanism and jamming awning? I appreciate this is a difficult question as ambassador’s for Swift but would you buy another Swift after all these problems in the first two years? Also have you sorted out the problem with the lack of front wheel drive traction on wet and loose dirt roads? Maybe the next upgrade?
Some amazing upgrades and very useful, like the solar that you have and Lithium should be standard , will be looking up a few ofthe companies, thanks for the vlog , very informative
Good to see all the changes you made together well worth the watch can't wait for the summer holiday this year to see we're your going .are the boys going to x 🚍🌞
This is not a sarcastic comment, but why did you not buy a premium Motorhome in the first place. Why a Swift, why not a N&B or a Morelo etc where all this type of work would be standard?
@@RoamingRadfords Thanks for the reply, you need to look closer at the products. Both the ones I mention do produce 6 berth vans. Morelo offers a number with rear island or sunbathing beds (full width) drop down lounge seating table bed and the usual A Class drop down bed. They will also provide 6 belted seats.
Apologies Mark, there was so much information to get into the video I was reading from my new teleprompter, and I read really quick! I’ll learn from that and either just wing it like I usual do or actively remember to read slower next time!
No worries, just wondered if there was a technical issue or something, love the channel , keep up the good work , also the chunky hoodies you and Lindsay wear , why cannot we not see them on your website?
@@RoamingRadfords cool , have a campervan and going to France in the summer to France was looking to get a few for me and my wife , will keep a look out , thanks 🙏

The cost of your upgrades must be very expensive 😮
Great video, I'm sure Eddie will feel more confident soon and come out of his comfort zone more as you both progress through Europe
Yes I agree, why were you talking so blooming fast, I got a headache just listening to you bro 😎 😊

Cant wait to follow your next adventures. Your motorhome looked even longer in real life.
Great vlog as always , can’t wait for the water filter volg 👍😇

Thanks. You’re probably best off just cutting back the pointed ends that are coming up.
Well DONE! I’m making NOTES of your UPGRADES as I’m THINKING to do SIMILAR on my motorhome! God willing! ✝️
Thank you

Hi Steve, I have bought a gen 3 starlink too, would like Phil to fit it and more solar panels. Cn you pass my details please?
I’m afraid Phil doesn’t do that, he only does it for a select few friends

Great vlog, have you ever thought about becoming an auctioneer 😂
😂
Amazing work Steve.
Fabulous all in one summary video . Has given me a few ideas to add to our tiki . Many thanks .
Has Phil got a website or contact info? He looks well handy!
I’m afraid Phil doesn’t do work for anyone, just a few close friends. He’s not interested in doing it commercially.
Great video, very interested to see how the Clayton system is installed in your buzz and how the aftermarket remote display works
looking forward to this big road trip
WOW! Just wow. Great show, a lot of effort went into that. Thanks for the insight. Much appreciated. 🙌💯🔥
Thanks Dallas

Hi guys just amazing and beautiful ❤xx🎉
Sorry Steve ..way over my head regarding all your solar power and lithium batteries wouldn't know the difference between a watt and an amp ...
Looking forward to the Alde aqua clear review as keen to see if it reduces the water flow, will you be doing a separate video?
Not a dedicated video but we may include it in a future video
WHAT DID THIS ALL COST ....

Great video 👍
All in all what’s the total value with all the extras you’ve made to the van..?
It’s probably around £40k of extras.

Another great video has always Steve Lindsay Eddie Harry and George 👍
This is not a sarcastic comment, but why did you not buy a premium Motorhome in the first place. Why a Swift, why not a N&B or a Morelo etc where all this type of work would be standard?
There are many reasons, but the main one being that neither of those manufacturers make 5/6 berth motorhomes.
@@RoamingRadfords Thanks for the reply, you need to look closer at the products. Both the ones I mention do produce 6 berth vans. U didn't take about the cost
If only i could win the lottery🤣😂
