I’m not too big of a fan of Kuminga, but he has shown improvement in his basketball IQ. He finally has made some nice passes this year. Finally.
Yeah because we you do that, warriors have absolutely no rim protection, tdj and looney step up, but not blocking anything or changing direction of a shot, leaving shooters or people who are normally bad shooters open looks giving them confidence and shifting momentum. Moody was played Zaire a couple of shifts and got burned, he's a 22 percent shooter, i know you live with him shooting that, but 2 3's and a layup from him hurts.
Andrew Wiggins might actually be closer to Jimmy than you think if not better. When it comes to the fight in the playoffs Steph won a championship with Andrew Wiggins. Andrew was in the fight and showed up huge so I think I would rather have Wiggins right now
I would not even do Wiggs x Buttler straight up. You mad? He's 355 and riddled with injuries. Wiggs is on a super friendly contract and playing great. You mad?
Wiggins already showed himself to be a fox hole guy and actually able to get it done at the highest levels. This is one of those moves that kills chemistry.
The new CBA makes monster in-season trades next to impossible. Warriors fans will have to wait until the summer to make a Wiggins++ move for someone like Butler or Bam

Nope, just a decent point of attack defender with a decent midrange game. An Amen Thompson or Dejounte Murray type player is all that's needed for a championship
@ There’s nothing that Amen and Dejounte do that the warriors don’t already excel at that position. It’s already been reported that the Warriors FO is looking at Jonas, Kelly, and Robert Williams.
@SojiFro_0 Obviously there is; they moved Kuminga to the bench because he couldn't defend the point of attack reliably while his offense is too one dimensional, they put Melton there and now he's out, he needs to be replaced by a similar type player.
You warrior fans are clueless …. Playoffs and regular season total opposites. I could see the “Steph needs help” comments already. Not to mention the fire Kerr comments when you realize you CANT play 12 in the playoffs lol . Enjoy the regular season.
That doesn't mean Jimmy is the right move. These comments are extreme but there are some good points if you look through. Tbf Jason wasn't saying they should definitely go for him, the titles his producers choose are a recipe for lots of angry comments (which is no coincidence I assume)
Actually, Butler is not the key piece needed. Be surprised; it's actually Lebron James. He has played in Kerr's system, so he can do what the Warriors need him to do, and more importantly, Sir Wardell will let him do what is needed to be done to win the chip. But it can't happen without sacrificing a whole lot of assets, unless LeBron is willing to come over on a Vet's minimum.

2:40 "I'm more interested in seeing what Moody can do" Well buddy idk if you forgot but Kerr is their coach and has already seen what Moody can do in practice. He's determined that Waters is the better fit. It always amazes me how the Warriors have been amongst the leagues highest IQ teams all these years and their fans still don't have a clue about the sport.
The thing about these potential trades is nobody knows what the offers will be. Sure I’ll take Jimmy Butler, would I be in favor of trading 3 depth pieces and a pick or two for him? Probably not
With Melton out for Season, you can package him with Moody to ATL for Bogi. Bogi would be an upgrade at the starting SG over Lindy. Bogi would be an upgrade in shooting, handles, passing, BBIQ etc. and I would say Bogi is probably a better defender when he wants with his long wingspan. This would allow the warriors to keep Buddy coming off the Bench.
If the Kerr is still unsure about Kuminga being a fit in his system, it might be best to move on for both sides. Kuminga to the Heat for Jovic would give the warriors another high iq read and react player. 6’10 shooter that can play the 5, 4 or 3. Still under contract for two more years. With warriors no longer extending Kuminga this offseason this could give them a good amount of cap space. They could bring back melton.
No. Please for the love of god STOP trying to put an old ass jimmy on the GSW team, or even suggest it as an idea. They could use a true number 2, but sacrificing all their depth for an old ass player who has a low ceiling like Jimmy (who is also injury prone at this point) makes no damn sense

I think they would have won in 2020 if Bam and Goran didn’t both get hurt. That was the last good team they had around Jimmy, with Crowder and Iguodala. If you replaced Tatum with Jimmy Butler, the Celtics would have won the last 4 or 5 championships, no doubt in my mind. The Heat have failed him.
I get when he's healthy he's a valuable asset to have in the play-offs but how often do we see Jimmy hurt for a play-off run then what do we do we won't have Wiggs coz he's now in Miami and Butler yet again is hurt for our run to the finals it's a massive risk that may not pay off
Jimmy would be a much better version of himself on the Warriors. He’s not played with that much talent since the bubble. Jimmy’s defense isn’t quite what it used to be, but I think it would look better and have more impact on the Warriors since they have more plus defenders than the Heat do. I think it’s a match made in heaven. He will elevate their half court offense with his ability to collapse defenses and kick out to shooters, increase their trips to the line, shine in their transition defense… I don’t see how any team could control the pace of the game against GS if they have Jimmy. Jimmy’s game is more about having gravity and using it against teams rather than doing heavy lifting/scoring. He likes to get everyone going as a facilitator, and I think he would have an easy time doing all of what he does on the Warriors. I think Steph would play as well off him as he does Draymond. I think Jimmy would be a phenomenal cutter for Draymond. Jimmy’s real super power, besides getting to the line and managing the pace, is that he elevates the games of lesser talent. If he does stay healthy, you’ll win a championship.
The problem with everyone's analysis is that the team strength is built on 3&D & Depth. Any trade for a star wing will automatically destroy the Depth part of the roster, it's a much better plan to get Post ready before the playoffs. They should bring Post up for a run with the big boys by the New Year and see where he stands. That would give GSW 3. 6'9" power forwards that are serviceable @ Center & Post can be called in to deal with the runaway 7'ers when they get out of control. Operation Post-Up should be a higher priority than trading for another wing. We have to stop worrying about someone else becoming a Star player on the roster! This year is a total team system which means no one will have star #'s every night all that matters is that every someone steps up to the plate. So far so good 👍 Enjoy Da Ride, I am
Personally I think Jimmy is a lot closer to finished than ppl want to admit. He’s 35 with bad knees and he’s not exactly the purest shooter .. has honestly never even really done shit , had 2 lucky finals runs with a well coached squad , nothing more In fact I’d say the only reason he’s still doing anything is because Miami thinks it’s their best player and runs the team through him… send that man elsewhere where he’s the 3rd option. That measly 17ppg is dropping to a mediocre 12 EASILY 😂
I don’t understand why you keep suggesting the Warriors need to make a trade to become relevant in the title chase. This is a great team as it is, making a trade will not guarantee a title. It’s best to leave this team as it is, they have enough to get to the promised land! Let’s sjist appreciate good basketball and the team that no one believed was good enough to be this good.
We need an Allstar caliber player not a superstar. This team has so many tools and pieces that are fantastic with some draft pics if we can grab a shooting big from one of the bottom feeding teams would send us over the top. Realistically we don't need anything if post develops cause he can play the whole second half of the season on the main roster
Jimmy is too injury prone, but I agree this Warriors team will win many regular season games, but they still do need another star player with some dog in them for the playoffs or else they won't make it far let alone beat Boston with Porzingis.
Hell No. BUTLER isn't worth trading for at 48m per yr. It takes too many players and he isn't good enuff and injury prone. Just get a rim protector and Cam Johnson from Nets.....or get a younger Myles Turner stretch big
Believe me they want him to start. But he needs to keep improving. Not give up lanes, rebound, anticipate and make some big steals. On offense be better at reading and reacting to drive, pass or shoot.
No send him to the Lakers instead. Warriors have the best record in the West and are Top 5 on offense and defense. Butler is too injury prone and trading for him requires giving up too much. Not worth it
What do you think of GSW signing/trading for Myles Turner of the pacers in january/february 2025. I believe GSW have the pieces to make a trade for him. any combination of the young players plus 1st round picks should get it done, and the pacers are playing bad this season already.
Giannis or nobody. I’ll hold out for Giannis. Giannis will solve so many problem the warriors have. I love the young guys but Giannis Steph Dray Wiggins lineup give death lineup vibes. We don’t have to rely on Motion Offense so much, we can do the Steph and Giannis pick and roll and destroy the league. Steph Giannis and Draymond can initiate an action. It’ll be killer actions after killer actions and overwhelming.
I love Jimmy, but he is not a good fit for the warriors. They need size, he doesn't have that, and they play fast, he doesn't. It's very difficult to imagine any player coming to play with the warriors. Their game is too complicated for most to learn in half a season.
Let’s take a look at the last three major trades and see how they turned out. Klay to the mavs (only kinda counts) mavs now a .500 team after going to the finals. Kat to the knicks: both the knicks and timberwolves have been pretty awful this year. And to finish Paul George to the 76s. They are like 3-10. My point is chemistry is way more impactful than a marginal single player “upgrade” b to a-
Butler is very good star with steph. But wiggs defense is elite in playoffs. Which is more valuable i think. I means theyve done it before. Ill say this year they should run it again and if they dont get to the finals. Trade anyone except steph and dray and go for gianis or bron.😮
I love Jimmy Butler, absolutely love him. But at this age, he's not gonna have the same effect. Maybe my favorite player since he got in the league. Because he did way more that over achieve
He is better all around. Moody and kuminga giving up too many passing lanes and not making the big defensive plays. Pods not as good offensively but better both ways overall.
If Podz had the athletic gifts Kuminga had, he would immediately be more valuable than Kuminga and Moody combined thanks to how much better he is at staying attached on defense than those two.
Why do you want mess up a good thing. I don't get it!! The rotation is working despite what these so call or talking heads are saying .. AND NO to Jimmy Bulter. He often to injury. The ball get struck with him . And HE JUST DONT FIT!!

Thanks as always Hoops Tonight! Dubs fanatic here. Agreed - Jimmy can be an alpha dog in playoff crunch time. 2-way Wiggs is back, is a proven Champion (who's ironically ACTUALLY beaten Luka and the Mavs in the WCFs) and is in his prime years at a fair contract $. Jimmy Buckets is drama wherever he plays (Wolves, Sixers, Heat) - he will very likely fight with Draymond (popcorn ready) AND Coach Kerr - and is at the tail end of his career (and let's face it - an injury waiting to happen) and will surely want a ridiculous contract $.
If you dont talk about the Nuggets next video and that Muray-Joker "tap in layup" at 3:53 on the FreeDawkins vid.......I will unsub everything of yours!!! lol Graetest play in such a simple way

Personally I think Jimmy is a lot closer to finished than ppl want to admit. He’s 35 with bad knees and he’s not exactly the purest shooter .. has honestly never even really done shit , had 2 lucky finals runs with a well coached squad , nothing more
In fact I’d say the only reason he’s still doing anything is because Miami thinks it’s their best player and runs the team through him… send that man elsewhere where he’s the 3rd option. That measly 17ppg is dropping to a mediocre 12 EASILY 😂
Did he just say BI isn't worth a Wiggins deal? Your saying because of injuries, right?
But even if we trade, why Jimmy Butler?!?
I don’t understand why you keep suggesting the Warriors need to make a trade to become relevant in the title chase. This is a great team as it is, making a trade will not guarantee a title. It’s best to leave this team as it is, they have enough to get to the promised land! Let’s sjist appreciate good basketball and the team that no one believed was good enough to be this good.
We don't want Jimmy dawg, give us DFS, cam Johnson, and wing who could SHOOT and DEFEND😂
I smell sabotage lol, dude will do anything to handicap the dubs against the lakers or the mavs lol.
I see kuminga getting screwed outta some bread. Bringing him off the bench is productive… but nasty work
Believe me they want him to start.
Not worth it
Is getting a rental and injury prone superstar by gutting out the rosters depth is good deal?
What do you think of GSW signing/trading for Myles Turner of the pacers in january/february 2025. I believe GSW have the pieces to make a trade for him. any combination of the young players plus 1st round picks should get it done, and the pacers are playing bad this season already.
not giving up no wiggins for butler ts is cooked 😂😂
Giannis or nobody. I’ll hold out for Giannis. Giannis will solve so many problem the warriors have. I love the young guys but Giannis Steph Dray Wiggins lineup give death lineup vibes. We don’t have to rely on Motion Offense so much, we can do the Steph and Giannis pick and roll and destroy the league. Steph Giannis and Draymond can initiate an action. It’ll be killer actions after killer actions and overwhelming.
Kuminga and moody for Butler, I would do that
The Warriors don’t want a guy who only shows up in the playoffs
That’s not basketball
I don’t even have to finish the video to just say NO to Jimmy love him but he’s injury prone.
The warriors need Steven Adams..
Dont know what you smoking but its good. This ain't 2016 they don't need him at all😂🤦🏾♂️
He’s too old
I love Jimmy, but he is not a good fit for the warriors.
My point is chemistry is way more impactful than a marginal single player “upgrade” b to a-
Still early days though to say those trades have failed
@@harrisonwekesa5406The 76ers are like deadass bad this year there is no "early"slump that hits a contending team so bad they start a season 3-11
@@mrfinalsmvp8067 both PG and Joel Been out to start the season
If not bamb what about Jonathan Isaac? He’s such a sleeper
Myles Turner and Donte Divincenzo is best option for us
Bro we do not want Jimmy Butler.
What missing piece? We're cooking right now and can beat anyone
Butler is very good star with steph. But wiggs defense is elite in playoffs. Which is more valuable i think. I means theyve done it before. Ill say this year they should run it again and if they dont get to the finals. Trade anyone except steph and dray and go for gianis or bron.😮
Terrible idea. He’s 35 we got a bunch of young guys
We good bro.. we don’t need nobody
I love Jimmy Butler, absolutely love him. But at this age, he's not gonna have the same effect. Maybe my favorite player since he got in the league. Because he did way more that over achieve
Why is PODZ still an option? This dude stinks literally. He missed the rim on wide open shots
No butler - saw Wiggins gave Tatum and Doncic the blues for a chip…. Oh you don’t remember that ,but wait he just did it this year!!!!! NO FREAKING BUTLER!!!!
Tell lefraud to go get him for his team , thx
Warriors needs a mobile center
Jimmy Butler is not the Jimmy Butler of old.....he's old.
Why does he keep brining on the topic of trades? We are the top in the west right now.
bro is tripping. yeah let’s trade everything for a man who will be injured come playoff time.
You just doing this on purpose at this point.. just leave the warriors alone
Please no Jimmy Butler man, especially when we have to give our young asset, hell no
No not Butler. Bam is our missing piece
He said jimmy looks old no bro he looks washed talk about the lakers needing jimmy butler that would help them be a more serious team
Bro what? A 36 year old overhyped injury prone dude? If he comes in at veterans minimum, that’s ok. But If it’s a deal like CP3, heck no.
I came here to see the angry warrior fan comments 😂😂
Give us Shaedon Sharpe
There is no right answer for warriors now. If BI gonna become available, then you can sell part of the future but again how he's gonna fit?
Jimmy's 35... Doesn't shoot 3s need the ball to be productive and his defense has fallen off
absolutely not
Why you want him? 😆🤡 he dont like wiggins! Likewise. This one is just another melton and hates everyone 🤡
If you dont talk about the Nuggets next video and that Muray-Joker "tap in layup" at 3:53 on the FreeDawkins vid.......I will unsub everything of yours!!! lol
Graetest play in such a simple way
Dude didn't even have GSW or CLE Top 10 before the season. But now he has the answers. 😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Suns in 5
😅😅😅😅😂😂😂😂😂
