The gcq is calculating the ball no wind and the mlm is measuring the balls distance with the wind… for controlled like that you would need to use indoors. Or compare it to a mevo/tackman
How did the shot shape compare? It sounded like it was matching the quad. I don't care about 5-10 yds in distance, as long as it's the right direction. Also, is what you were doing there available without the $199.00 annual subscription?
It's too bad they pigeon-holed us for spin numbers indoors only with RPT balls. I really want to see a spin number comparison. If it's not that accurate, then the R10 might be a better buy overall.
@@huehuehue-x3c Same with the MLM2PRO, it needs the RPT balls for spin numbers to be accurate. But, are you saying the R10 needs the RCT balls no matter what? So the MLM2PRO works with any ball, unless you want spin numbers? I'm still trying to get everything down in my head.
@@JayJay-jx3zg no, the R10 definitely has an advantage because it will take spin readings on any ball but they are only accurate if you use RCT balls. The MLM2PRO requires the callaways. At the price point that these machines sell at, there are going to be drawbacks like that.
@@huehuehue-x3c Well I don't know how much faith to put into the spin numbers of the R10 since it doesn't have a camera. That was my main reason for getting the MLM2PRO, because I want to refine my chipping. The only problem is for either, my wedges chew up balls quickly. Both RCT and RPT balls aren't cheap either.
If you want to order the Rapsodo check out the link geni.us/RapsodoMLM2PRO
Oh yeah surely not a paid ad, right?
Should have put the Rapsodo so that the ball was inside the hitting area (yellow square). Would give more accurate results.
Do you have the rapsodo mlm2pro? If so what are your thoughts on it?

4:25 the ball is clearly way outside of the yellow box.
You’re comparing measured against calculated. You should be looking at ball speed and club head speed
Results look pretty good. I could certainly live with it for over $19k less.
For your next video can you show how does Awsome Golf perform outdoors with the MLM2 without wifi coverage vs the Garmin R10?
That is great idea! Maybe have Rapsodo vs Garmin R10 both using awesome golf and not their core apps

The shot shape was pretty close. I was impressed!
Wow, that is crazy good with huge price differential savings! Go Rapsodo!

I think it would be a good test to do a gc3 or gc4 indoors looking at spin numbers.
To get better accuracy out of the R10 then you need to use titleist RCT balls which would definitely be a big drawback for many.

The Rapsodo reads the Driver spot on if you move the device up a foot or two
I will do that in the next video. What do you think of the Rapsodo MLM2PRO
@@GolfersAuthority I actually prefer the R10 at the moment, the Rapsodo needs a ton of work and improvements on the SIM side.
Turn the music down. Can't hear what you are saying
Will do thank you for the feedback
For all intensive purposes why is no one actually measuring the carry with a range finder . The Rapsodo could actually be the right one .

Could you give me the GCQuad, only if you want ?😅😅😂😊
Lol, it’s not mine I was borrowing it. I wish had one
That 200 USD per year makes it a dud for me.
What are you using now for a launch monitor?
@@GolfersAuthority Currently using a phone app. it's not the best.
looking at getting the SC4 if its as good as it looks.
Good video but do you have to have that music
Would you rather have no music? Just curious
@@GolfersAuthority should have balanced it out with clear talking vs music moments. you kept the music when talking.
@@Garage885 thanks for the feedback guys I really appreciate it

Yep no music would be fine and I do enjoy the videos

Not paid sorry
