    In reference to the Nov/Dec holidays, we did have a small amount of higher carb/sugar food, but mostly turkey, brisket and standing rib roast. Still finished the year 10 pounds less than last January. World carnivore month is a great way to start the year. After 3+ years of this lifestyle, the continuing benefits are motivation to stay with way of eating.

      JUst eat red meat and water for months... that is actually huge. please do that. I wish you well.
