You can buy some notebooks (either handcrafted or from writing utensils) and there are some tutorials on how to make a Steve notebook

Very nice. Have you ever considered making wooden covers? The covers for the notebook were wood in the actual show, that’s why I ask.

I didn't make this notebook. Zachary Johnson did and HE used Cardboard. However, if you want to see a wooden joe notebook you can take a look at my own joe notebook review video.
