Medical Lab Technician needs a (bachelors degree). Medical Assistant needs a (certificate). Phlebotomist needs a (certificate).

@@jaycouture7809 Wrong. Medical Lab Technologists (aka Medical Lab Scientists) need a Bachelor's Degree.
She is a Medical Lab Technician which requires an Associate's Degree.
