You need to open the router's internal pathways and create a hole in the surface to connect external antenna pins. Then, you can purchase a 4G GSM antenna. This is only recommended for users who have knowledge about correctly installing these antennas
i got the same router 2 days ago and it only shows 4G+ and the 5G on the router is dark and according to Du they said 5G signal is available in JVC dubai
probably 5G band are busy in your area so you got 4G+ These a common problem with 5G if there a lot of 5G device in 5G band than it will be unavailable
Bro i had the same issue but when i put it outside my window it turns on. Meaning that the signals in the room are not good. Du always has signal problems. 😂
