    Usually when people are lost out at sea, they see lots of these big tankers going by, sometimes very close, but usually there's no one looking out, or looking hard enough so that they see a little human in the waves. So the look-out here should be commended for spotting this needle in a haystack

    Even if you are in Singapore seas, it's always best to just get a PLB, also make sure it gets strapped to you at all times. Just Spend the ~ S$400 and be done with it....it will be so much easier for the SAR services regardless of country or available resource. It's almost mandatory for almost all outdoor activities if you really value your life due to Murphy's law.

    so shameful of msian navy got no budget for ahelicopter hadtousesingapore's rescue helicopter and general hospital to rescue tis poor guy! amalaysia BOLEH MALU
