    Just a note - the Arched Active Hang drill thats featured in this video is one of the most effective exercises to have in your arsenal. If you find it too hard to do at full bodyweight (which for most people, will be really hard) you should start with your feet on the floor. That way you will only be performing the movement with a portion of your bodyweight, rather than all of it. Just remember to focus on minimising the weight through the feet, so that you don't cheat yourself from doing the actual movement

    Thanks. Pull ups or chin ups which is good for bjj or grappling

      Both are excellent. Pull is is generally mechanically harder, so if you had to choose one - that'd be it.
