To my mind, Hamas can be dissolved or not is not entirely depended on the Hamas cadres themselves, but it depends on Iran. If Iran still support give them assistance, especially ammunitions and foodstuff , Hamas still exist even though ten or hundred of their leadership have been killed. We can compare this to the political and military organizations of the Khmer Rouge In Cambodia, This radical group conceded to defect to the govnt. of Cambodia, because Chinese government stopped giving them aids of ammunitions and foodstuff and urged, or coerced them to change politics from combatting to intrinsic struggle, because China can no longer to help them as china has signed on the Paris Agreement about the ending of war in cambodia and Thailand also stopped allowing china to use its territory as bridgehead for helping the KR. So KR must be forced to surrender to the Govnt being born by legal election supported by international community.
