Yeah its pretty bullshit ik. This is the 2nd Ending of the Hank Vs Chara.
And yeah those white eyed people are the so called "Higher Powers"
This Hank design is not official (Even though it would be cool if it was).

Note that this form will only exist if the Higher Ups modified him. If Hank got the halo normally, he would still look like his current state.

Its imbalanced, but from a lore perspective, it makes complete sense- The whole of Nevada runs on an old, jank game engine per se, and the Keystone fragment effectively grants the wielder admin permissions. We never actually got to see Hank fully explore what he could do with the Keystone fragment, as he only ever got just a smidge of its residual energy [In MC anyway]
Then again, nothing really is balanced in Nevada, it’s not like the auditor is going out nerfing everyone to keep things balanced(well, except with maybe tricky), but it’s a good point yah made

So, when Hank was revived by the higher ups, they gave him the halo which let him take Charas LV. So once their LV hotel low enough, Chara couldn't do anything against him, COOL

Hank has the plot armor to pull this shit off, so I believe that it adheres to cannon pretty well. The halo is basically just admin abuse so this makes sense

@@Majiins bullshit chara never fought it was only the player who ever killed them, and either way ‘script abuse’ doesn’t exist because it is never mentioned in undertale, the only thing similar is the ‘save button’ which allows chara/ the player to respawn, chara isn’t immortal

The Player killed the entirety of the underground through using frisk but chara erased the world without giving us a choice and we, the player, using the power of our soul can recreate the world. Frisk didn't do Jack shit. That was us and chara. On top of it effectively being fanon off the idea of "another determination soul" as we use our soul to recreate the world. They didn't do thats stuff at all they just erased the world lol.
But to be fair the animation is covered with an amass of fanon. Chara Summoning knives, magical slices, being in the judgment hall, having a dt soul, being physical, being a fighter. Etc, it's mostly fanon anyway but canon chara would shit on them in this case.
@@Neodoxical still no. Cannon chara is only as strong as we are. Not to mention outside of the undertale verse chara is a small child with a knife. In the verse hank would follow the same rules. Hanks killed bigger and badder threats and WAAAYYYY more. His level would be higher than 20 which is charas peak level
@@theauditor3224 don't they quite literally overwrite our choice and destroy the world. You have absolutely no proof of that whatsoever and on top of that if they are as strong as us, the player, who recreated an entire world using just the soul they'd one shot due to them erasing the entirety of the timeline or otherwise the universe. Outside the UT universe they are still powerful because if you actually played the game you'd know they imply they can move onto "the next world" implying something outside of undertale. So if you actually play the game maybe you'll know something. But you don't. You also don't know how LV works at all nor the dialogue they give you. LV is effectively a disconnection from emotion. You can only be so disconnected from your emotions to say anyone's lv is higher is to say that they are beyond feeling no emotions with is stupid. So infact you are entirely wrong.
Beautiful one sided fight, seeing as all of Nevada is used to reality breaking at its very code, it makes sense that the higher powers gift to Hank would allow him to just break undertale to the point of lowering Charas L.O.V.E. with each continuous death. I also love keystone Hanks design, looks like a natural evolution to MAG Hanks design

Because animating Madness Combat isn't easy. It's very hard. Plus, Krinkels was also focusing on small details, having to fix some small errors, sprites, etc. Meanwhile drawing is nothing

you could add a 3rd part in the future as this felt very far from canon Chara; Chara's determination and hate is not related to LV, for one. hate is just spite towards someone, pure distaste. you do not need to have a high lv to hate someone a lot, you could kill no one at all and still have just a pure hate towards someone. secondly, Chara is seen as someone who tends to mask their feelings and is often more polite. in the second part they are being made way too emotional. and third, LV and stats are not necessarily needed to survive certain attacks if you have high enough determination, do not forget that Frisk was able to survive at LV1 with 20HP a blast with infinite power meant to essentially wipe out the entirety of the universe, and Asriel could to a pretty decent extent manipulate reality as well. which brings me to my next point - being able to alter reality does not guarantee you the win against Chara seen as what can a determined enough person survive in undertale. not only that but Chara doesn't actually take control until *AFTER* you kill sans, flowey and asgore. up until that point it's mostly just you, not Chara

It actually makes sense that chara couldn't beat Hank, his fighting style is so radically different from what chara is used to. Chara is used to looking for patterns, learning, and mastering the fight, but here, there is no pattern, no flow, nothing to learn, in the simplest terms, it's Madness Combat.
Okay so here's my summary:
-The animation is all fine while I prefer the battle style is goes like Hank always did: following the flow
-That one word from the higher one
"Who I'm I" is should be "Who am I"
-That would be wonderful if both of his hands is transformed instead just one.
Well about that Purgatory scene it just more better if he's still on his classic grunt sprite but with marks that showing his wounds from "Real world"
