i have listened to this song many times, but this is the first time i heard it.
At age 73 this is still my favorite all time song and I have heard and played many. This song cannot be topped!
just heard this on 98.7 alt rock and literally sat in my car after I got home just to finish the song, so beautiful :)

I wonder what percentage of my life have I spent listening to the Smashing Pumpkins music by them and by others covering them.
I'm 41 years old now, but since I was 14 years old, sp music has always been present and played in my heart. sp music was my background music in the morning and at night when I was young.
The guitar and vocals are haunting... comforting to my soul.

I dug for this. I heard it on SXM. But it wasn't this version, it was a live version. Dare I say it was even better. Didn't have that effect or harmony sound on her voice. Amazing, nonetheless. I picked up my guitar for the first time in 5 years because of this.
I also think the live version was better on XM.

What a great cover, which seems totally different style while keeping the core feeling of the original version. Wonderful synergy of musical couple :)
I'm usually not a fan of covers but Jesus I love your guys' work. Linger is my favorite but this is a close second
