- I heard you from the votes, this gonna be the last video with the background music, I will remove on the next video onwards. For now, Subset makes the object smaller and faster to run, but sometimes, not really.

Thanks a lot. Your videos are unique. Please continue.
@liquidbrain bioinformatics - do you know how to reintegrate a subclustered reannotation into the original metadata ? I would appreciate it if you could assist.
Great video! How do you advice to determine the lower bound for gene expression when you want to use it for subsetting?
Thank you for this explanation. It was very helpful... I have a new video idea and a request.
How to convert fasta1 and fasta2 files from scRNA-seq data (downloaded using SRA toolkit) into 10x genomics output (barcode, genes, mtx) ?
Can we merge fasta files if we have multiple samples ? for example if we have 30 patients samples sequenced, so we have 30 fasta1 and 30 fasta2 files .... can we merge all 30 fasta1 files into 1 fasta file and all 30 fasta2 files into 1 and than convert them into 10x output (barcode, genes, mtx) ?
I need a video tutorial about NMF application on scRNA-seq , and its program visualization
It would be great if you could have merged the subset with sub clustering pipeline of the selected cell type. In that case, we can visualize the specific cell type as well. Thanks! And please no more background music, please. LOL..
If I want to subset my Seurat object based on a list of genes (for example collagen genes) and I have a list of genes, how would i do that?
Hi bro, do you have knowledge of gwas meta analysis. If u have command in that field then please kindly make videos on that topic also
is there a video about sub-clustering analysis, i.e. take a subset of clusters and recuster them to see whether there is more structure in them?
ive done this many times, you basically subset as above then treat the new object as a fresh experiment (I.E. you have to run scale data, runPCA etc) then proceed from there
Do you have any tutorial for SUBSET RE-CLUSTERING analysis please???
Do you mean integration? I have something about how you can join two dataset for analysis here (ruclips.net/video/p49seH2_i8Y/видео.html)
