Nothing stopping COD whitelisting to prevent false shadowbans based on reports, but still treating actual (Ricochet-detected) cheating as cheating. In fact that's almost certainly what they already do, they just don't whitelist enough people against shadowbans.
He said on stream he doesn't like the game as much but it's not bad. It improved a ton over MWII but it doesn't justify 70$. Perhaps if it was cheaper it would be worth getting. But not with that price. Im not nate but judging from his opinions on stream and all that, id say he'd give the game a 5.5-6/10, perhaps more if they fix packet bursting which is the thing that nate hates the most

I think this camo grind is way easier than any COD the only thing is leveling all guns to Max, I wish they change the camo levels where you can just get them all without fully leveling the gun like the old cods
