I think that she used to be any ordinary reploid, until she had a virus-induced vision in which she was old and ugly. As a result, she went maverick, and tried to prevent her vision from happening by making herself as beautiful as she could. All the while, Sigma was watching from the sidelines and laughing at her foolishness. reploids don't age.
