This is awesome! What would you say the best way to add to your vertical? Me and my dad have been going to a gym about once a week just jumping and it’s already helped my vertical by about 3-4 inches in 6 weeks and I’m wanting to get it even higher
Just jumping a lot a few days of week worked tremendously well for me in the early days but eventually progress started to slow down and even came to a complete halt for awhile. And then injuries started to appear so instead of just jumping I had to begin incorporating some weight training to break through the plateau and to stay healthy. I would definitely recommend doing both just on separate days. Also if you ever have to jump through pain, don’t jump at all. I made that mistake and it definitely can hold you back for awhile. But other than that, the exact training I did was by the pro dunker Isaiah Rivera on THP. Completely transformed my vertical so I definitely recommend heading over to his channel to look into that if you’re interested.
wrong question to ask man, the beauty of the journey is the unknown of how long the destination is and the hard work and sacrifice you need to reach your goals. Going for the easy quick option will not get you anywhere. Trav has gone through so much shit to the point I'd argue like 1.5 years ago his vert was max 10" and NOW LOOK AT HIM!
Tom is right. Everyone’s journey is different. How long it takes for someone to achieve X number of inches can be completely different than someone else. I had a 30” at 14 years old just from jumping and I naturally got it up to 36” by 16 just from jumping more and more but the same thing might not work for someone else given their injury history and age. Then I eventually got to 40” at 18. There’s just so many factors going into it that you can’t really use that to compare to yourself. You just gotta make sure you stay consistent and do you versus you.
@@TravisDunks thx I’ve been working on my vert for 2 years and the highest I hit was a 34 inch vertical and my 5,9 just gets hard when it’s impossible for you to gain inches and your friends just got it naturally from jumping
Travis with another level-up!

Why Jordan didn't jump much?
He tends to do a lot of secret stuff that I can’t include in the videos lol
First
Didn’t even watch the video
Promo-SM
Did not expect to see that much licking in a dunk video
LOL
