Bleejay is very passionate about what he's doing. I met the brother a few months ago in Cancun, Mexico. we had a lengthy conversation talking about his development plans for Liberia. Best wishes, brother.
Very happy to see African expats returning to develop in Africa. There seem to be huge opportunities. Colonial investors always pulled money from Africa. Keep the money in Africa. Real Estate is always the engine for economic growth. America got started with free land and labor
Being an individual who live here in the states I love what I’m hearing. I am also cooking up something I will invite you Miss Urey. We need to change the narrative of our country. I ALSO HATE WHEN THEY SAY “THIS IS LIBERIA AND THATS HOW WE DO IT HERE” someone have to change the way of following negative suit.
This is unique!! These are building structures and style that make since when people are building back home “Modern “ It can be simpler when building a single family’s home to fit ones budget… (Not the “Normal Day Style “) These developments inspire me so much! #LiberianDevelopment🇱🇷
Congratulations and many thanks to you and your Team for the developmental Projects of a Community. So glad that the Young Generation can bring their expertise back to contribute to the development and rebuilding process of 🇱🇷 Liberia. Lastly, there are no more Pioneers and Missionaries coming to build our country but us. God bless
I’m happy & proud to see young Liberians doing business to develop Liberia. 😊❤. However 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathrooms 1,722 SQ FT Townhouse for $175,000 USD? I think that’s too much for Liberia? Don’t you think? I’m just asking, not condemning. Let’s respectfully agree or disagree… 😊 I’ve seen modern individual single family houses for $40-60K in Liberia, Kenya, Ghana, Tanzania, Uganda etc….
Hats off to our hard working and young progressive Liberians from the diaspora who are trying to put mama Liberia to the top of the african reconstruction ladder. Many thanks. And Jah bless!
Very nice idea! We can not move forward if we keep repeating old ideas. So how much is for the two and three bedroom bedroom ? Is this for rent or for sale?
Everything sounds great, 👌 but the price is what concerns me... for a 2 bdrms, great amenities, but we want it to be affordable for locals. Will you have a LOAn process for buying a unit? 😢
And for those that might say prices abroad is the same, please step back and compare economics. In the USA you have a bank that can loan you the money with interest and the client has a reliable job to pay his debts but majority of our people are unemployed and if they do work they are barely getting paid so please tell me how that benefits Liberia??
What is the price for the two bedrooms unit and when will these projects be done? also, what does payments look like for someone living in the usa and looking to get one of these?

I just watched a video of a new modern city building project going on in Liberia called Xity Africa, and I was very impressed. It’s being built by a visionary Liberian physicist.
What I hear frequently when someone is implementing some kind of project in Liberia and having some RUclips content, it is always young Liberian, doe that means that a person has to be young before their project gain traction? I never heard anyone talking about old Liberian. LOl.
Good information. Question: I'm from Caribbean originally, ex Marine. Fed up with systemic and institutionalized racism state side. Have been eyeing Afrika for many months now. However, one concern; many countries already started to be colonized by Chinese. I know many, many details of how they "operate" anywhere they go how is it there? I need to be somewhere where I do not have to fight all the time just for being black!
As a diaspora I'm dying to return to Liberia and help build Liberia. Yes there's difficulties and suffering in Liberia, just like anywhere in the world. However I'm still compelled on returning to help build Liberia. Why help partake in another mans economy when I can help build/grow my own (Liberia/Africa) Why suffer for another man economy knowing my suffering would just be in vain, when I can suffer with and for my people/economy knowing my suffering would be prosperous.
I'm interested in buying one of the unit house with three bedrooms and all facilities in its , so how can I start payment for the house. Therefore how grantee and reliable, that this is real.
This is my problem with us, after years of war and no jobs then you build a community only the foreigners can afford? How is this beneficial for Liberians? I have a 4 bedroom morden house in Kenya and I paid 38,000, in a developed country then you build a development in a struggling country and say 175,0000? Make it make sense? This tells me one thing, your marketing is not geared toward Liberians it geared toward affluent Liberian and foreigners and that is not helping our people. I want to see a company that will endorse affordable housing to the laypeople. Thanks
@@worldtraveler2417 strange question indeed. We tend to not give each other the benefit of the doubt and assume the worst. Let's be positive and see what happens
We Liberians in the diaspora are coming to transform mama Liberia. Great vision guys, America is a great and prosperous country, but Liberia is our home so we will come build it.

Am very happy that people are coming back to invest in our sweet country Liberia 🇱🇷

Exactly! It's okay to have Norms and standards. Don't accept anything less
One year later. I'd like to know what exactly are you cooking up?😊
@@theafricanblogger you will see it young lady. I will invite you as well by his grace.

This awesome 👏 congratulations to the whole team 🎉
Thanks for sharing
Love Love Love this. Can't wait to see the completion of unit one and the rest of the project.
Wow! Liberians are tired waiting for the government's development, they are taking it in their own hands. Congratulations and best wishes to you.
sounds great, thanks for sharing this! If the final product looks anything like the rendering on the website that will be impressive
What is the price for the 3bedrooms unit?
Hello Queen, Glad to see you again! Will invest soon. Thx!

Proud for the accomplishment. Anxiously awaiting the finished product

Thank god. We need to build our own Country instead of building other people country. May you succeed my son!
Also, where is this project located?
Now that's how you build. The RIGHT way.
What will they be selling for and payment terms?
So true. The infrastructure must be in place before the housing is built.
I welcome this idea, especially since
it is being done in the community where I live BRAVO GUYS.

Same questions here. Missed opportunity unless they already sold out

It is time to start building modern vertical architecture structure in Liberia to get away from the linear architecture structure.

There two kinds of Liberians , one group of Liberians who are only fighting and protesting for food(rice) and the others that see beyond just food
You please reach out to me regarding my projects
Reserve property for africans and persons of african descent
HOW CAN YOU NOT MENTION THE PRICE ON a 2bed room🤨, all that talking and not give a price 😡THE MOST IMPORTANT TALKING POINT🙎♀️
Is this offering natives jobs?
Are you asking if he’s hiring Liberians? Why would a predominantly Liberian owned property development company shipped in foreign workers? 👍🏿🇺🇸
@World Traveler lol agreed, I guess I meant, are they actively hiring?
