I was a kid in the 70s when dinosaurs were still portrayed as idiots lumbering around swamps, barely able to support their own weight. I enjoy watching videos like this as they keep me up to date on modern understanding of these wonderful creatures.
Sadly and for good at the same time, this information will be at least partly outdated in 10-20 years or so. New details always come up. I even sometimes think that Parasaurolophus might be aquatic, even though scientists disagree with that point of view. Anyways, thank you for your time!
@@CreatorOnline2.0 That's all the excitement of scientific discovery. But I remember thinking that the old ideas about dinosaurs made no sense (like sauropods having to support their weight in lakes!) and buying The Dinosaur Heresies by Robert Bakker in 1992 or so was a revelation! Sure, ideas will change, but I'm sure we have a much better picture than we did.
Parasaurolophus was always my favorite dinosaur when I was a kid. Love these majestic creatures.
My brother liked Parasaurolophus in the 70s as kids so I picked Corythosaurus as my favourite
The Duck-Billed Dino🦆🔥💯
30 mph? Source? With a speed like that, the animal would be off the menu of every carnivore.
If memory serves, Parasaurolophus was the first dinosaur that we know what they sounded like.
I am such an asshole. Did not include its sound in my video. Sorry for that.
@CreatorOnline2.0 Nothing to be sorry for.
I wonder if Americans will clone and breed lab made pseudo-Parasaurolophus to domesticate and eat, similar to cows and pigs?
No
