I've just started riding mountain bikes. Prior I kept both wheels on the ground riding hybrid road bikes. A video on the basics of leaving the ground with your bike would be great. I appreciate all your video how to's.
Oh wow! I don’t know how you get any forward momentum on takeoffs that are so steep?! Presumably you have to trust that you will get serious height but also reach the landing?

You should come up to penicuik in scotland sometime and ride the dirt jumps there and afterwards go to hawik pump track they are both sick
