Napakaraming dumadayo sa Metro Baguio! Napakadami ring developments like establishments, condos, hotels, schools at government offices. Metro Baguio is the heart of Benguet Province na may pinakamataas na HDI sa Pilipinas. 2nd ang Metro Manila. Kaya Summer Capital is really the frontier of development here in the Philippines with its cold weather and highlands that are resilient to flooding and rising water levels. God Bless Us!

Baguio, although a good retirement area and tourist destination, cannot be the best on this field. Why? Don't have operational and good airport, lack of options with regards to different kinds of restaurants and coffee shops, lacks of modern business district, lacks options when it comes to types or brands of hotels and condominiums, and no beach.

That's your opinion or preference and it's not a bad thing. I on the other hand, would prefer Baguio or somewhere around it because of its nice clean air, nice weather, cheap vegetables, and has good accessibility to many comforts of a city such as groceries, exceptionally good parks, and great food. It's resto, hotels, condo, and coffee shops might be lacking from your standards but I think that's because most of them are locally-owned so they operate small-scale, and are hidden somewhere which gives an inclusive economic growth for the locals. And we really can't find a beach in a mountainous area but it's around an hour away from la Union beach so it's not too bad for me. Anyway, this does not invalidate your opinion.

I used to really like Baguio. Now it's just an overpopulated mess.
