Pho is like entry level dish for those who are new to Vietnamese kitchen, you slowly advance to other dishes like Bun Rieu, Bun Bo Hue and ultimately Bun Mam 😂
Pho only got so much recognition because it's the easiest for a foreigner palate. Pho, banh mi and springroll is probably the best beginner foods. Bun bo hue is my favorite vietnamese noodle soup and anything fermented is my top favorite of all time in Vietnamese cuisine. I introduced my Japanese friend to bun bo hue, and he swears he will never eat pho again. He said this is the best beef-flavored bowl of soup he has ever had.
Love the video, the content, the shot, music and your voice; everything is so good and professional. If you can highlight some location represent the disk, it would be great. Thanks for the video.
I like them all, I just go with my mood. A Bun Bo Hue this time, a Hu Tieu Nam Vang (or kho, aka dry) another, passing by a Bun Rieu, and then a Pho Dac Biet with 2 springrolls on the side
Would love to see 1 or more episodes about VNmese cakes (bánh bèo, bánh đúc, bánh giò,...) and VNmese dumplings (bánh bột lọc, bánh tai vạc, bánh xếp,...)
That is about personal favor. I come from the north side. My list is Pho > Bun bo hue > Bun Rieu > Mi quang > Banh canh > Hu tieu. And if you haven't known about "Chao long". I will recommend you try it once.
Thank you for clarifying. As we saw many versions of "chả cua" that can contain a large portion of pork, we would call it meatballs. But yes, as its name suggests, it should be called crab meatball to be exact.
Thanks for watching. We did mention at the end of the video that it's a shortlist of noodles available in Vietnam and there are many other delicous ones, including Bun Mam.
i am vietnamese and pho is the last choice for my dishes. Bún cá (fish noodle) is my very favourite, it is hai duong or thai binh fish noodle, not ha noi (ha noi is very bad about fish). Other favorites is bún bò huế and hủ tiếu

Totally agree!
You really wowed me there with Bun Mam. Which regional Bun Mam is your fav?
Bún thang, bún măng vịt, bánh đa đỏ chả cá, bún ốc. Many more…
Really well-documented, these dishes deserve more recognition.
Love from 🇻🇳

We’re glad you enjoyed the video, and we’ll keep your feedback in mind for future episodes!
It’s totally different between the north & the south of VN regarding the taste & how we eat these noodles dishes.
Exactly :)

We never run out of choices 😋
I am voting for Pho as the best!!
Yep, many people can just eat Pho everyday

Thank you for your suggestion!☺
you to hoi review Cao Lau but you forgot to stop by Da Nang for the best Mi Quang and Bun cha Ca
Thanks for the suggestion! We'll definitely check out Mi Quang and Bun Cha Ca on our next trip to Da Nang.

Thanks for sharing! Cháo Lòng is definitely unique 😍
love your content❤
Glad you enjoyed our video :)
My go to is pho dawg
Excellent content. You can also add "Bún bung" from the North, and "Bún nước lèo" from the South. 😂
Thank you for your suggestion 😊
1:41 lol 😂
You caught that huh? 😂
The balls in BBH are not meat balls, they are crab meat balls.

I prefer pho, mi quang and then bun bo hue. I never like bun rieu. I guess i was never into seafood noodles soups
Yes, that's a good order :)
❤
👍
🙂
The female voice is quite cute
Thank you
lol, no bun mam? Ok, you clearly don't care about the south that much.

Can't beat North style food.

Fish noodle is incredibly tasty, thanks for sharing.
Every other Vietnamese noodle soups are be better than pho
Pho has its place, but there are just so many delicious noodles in Vietnam 😋
