      What happens if the pipeline breaks oh the water would be contaminated and unable to be drunk or swimming or fishing because all the fish will be dead The only thing the pipeline does is make the oil travel to point a to point B faster so we don’t have to use truck and use more gas does not mean it’s more safe

    • @tylerpurvis5658
      @tylerpurvis5658 13 дней назад +7

      @@rxgthebeast2575 you’re simply wrong there are countless pipelines that have ran for decades without fail. You only hear about the few that break. It simply is safer and more efficient to transport crude oil via pipelines. Because with driving the oil you have to account for wrecks and other things that can happen on the road. Oil is hazardous and it sucks when shit goes wrong with it. But our whole society is built on using process made from oil thus meaning we must not only be able to produce a lot of oil but be able to transport that oil quickly and without worry of spillage the best way of doing that by far is via pipelines.

      I just had to look up Keystone XL, to check my facts.
      It is supposed to be dirty sludge. Tar sands oil.
      It amazes me that the pipeline from Canada to Texas would be cheaper than building a refinery.
      The most amazing thing I read is that it's a pipeline THROUGH America, NOT FOR America. Most of the byproducts will be shipped to Europe!
      If America does not benefit but only risks, then I am against the pipeline.
