I think Seth was quite starstruck with Claire Foy sitting right across him OR the disco dress was too distracting - something about Seth was not the usual there. Big fan of both of these people!
Syed Muhammad Raza Hussain it also feels like her answers were making it a bit more difficult to conduct an interview. Her answers were pretty short which didn’t give him as much to work with
I love Claire for saying “fringe” instead of “bangs”. It makes up for Benedict Cumberbatch saying “bangs” on Graham Norton. (Don’t get me wrong - I’d have no problem with an American saying “bangs” on a British chat show because that is the American English term.)
@@cynicalcenobia This interview is *the* research. Don't you get that? She's a doll, you say. What do you know about her, really? Have you met her face-to-face as Seth did or is your description of her based upon your fantasy of her?
I don't think the problem was Seth, Claire seemed pretty tired, just by comparing this to any other interviews she's done you can tell theres a spark missing, that is okay, nobody is up to chit chatting everytime and it was mostly fine
I don’t know why everyone is blaming Seth for this interview. I love Claire but she was giving him nothing, just super quick close ended answers. She was very difficult to interview. She seemed bored and came with no stories to tell. Poor Seth had to ask her 100 questions to get through the 6 minutes. Good guests you only have to ask 1 or 2 questions and they take over.

quote to quote from @1:28 : "psychological problems"
I could not agree more Seth was a bit starstruct with Claire Foy.
She was amazing on Crown. I was skeptic to watch it at first, then after S01_E01, I got hooked. Binge watch it on a weekend!
She's stunning. Can't wait to see where her career goes. She was good in First Man.
First man was AMAZING and she was great in it. What a shame it did not do well at the box office.
It feels like Seth was winging this. Typically he's better at this. Just an off day, I guess. Claire took it well.
From Elisabeth to Lisbeth... not *that* big a difference.

Take a shot every time he says "uh"
He's still recovering.
Get well Seth. :)
I didn’t know they filmed in Stockholm, wish I’d known that at the time
Seth interviewing skills were not up to par today
I loved this interview it felt like more of a conversation :)
he seems to be a little nervous... (in a good way) ok dude shes the Queen
Great interview.
I was expecting a photo of Vanilla Ice at the end there.
He's struggling here. Most unusual.
So this is the definition of a sloppy interview. Poor Claire, she deserves better!
So this is the definition of interviewing someone who is not a nice person. Poor Seth, he deserves better!
@@oogachaka3447 I don't know what you on about, she's a doll & generally comes across as very down to earth. Seth needs to do some research.

The amount of words that came out of Seth's mouth, did they switch roles here?
P.s Claire is gracious as always
Her face is reflecting the disco shirt.
Stilted interview. Nobody seems at ease.

Milly Borkovic No I would blame him! He asked no open questions for her to tell a story.
@@ronayoung9370 There is a pre-interview though, if he didn't give her an opening for a story its cause she didnt have one
He should have asked more questions that should involve a story and not interrupt her
His conversations with Matt and Vanessa were way more interesting.
Seth had to do much of the talking in this one
No chemistry.
Does he prepare his questions? This interview was spontaneously bad.
Spontaneity is an art.
Marielle Corona someone else writes the questions and tells him what is happening they just get him ready in the makeup room.
@@oogachaka3447 Good answer! LOL
@@DarthVader20201 His stutters tell me his questions were not prepared and he was just winging it.
Why is she replaced ? I'm very sad
Lol because the series jumps ahead & the queen is older in the next season
the accent ruins the experience
