I'm about to make my second one. 👏I do have one question, did you make your own waterproof binding from your vinyl or did you purchase it? If it was purchased, can you please tell me where to purchase it from. Thank you again.
I made this bag and it was an epic fail hahaha. I noticed the svg files are slightly larger than the cut out pattern, so Note to Self....if you cut out via svg then do All pieces that way otherwise they are not going to match up in the end. my bag was kind of lobsided when I put it together. even though iI snipped the bottom, the front and back panels still didn't line up perfectly and puckered in some areas. {Always worst in the front no matter where i start} I used vinyl and wpc so next time I will use cork and wpc it might be more pliable and easier to move around the sew machine As far as binding is concerned, its my enemy lol mine came out very sloppy looking.. I need lots of practice with that.. I never made a round bag before. I'm definitely not experienced enough in my sewing to make this look as awesome as you did. So my next one will not be for gifting but just for myself. I will not give up hahaha As far as the deformed one I just made, well I will use it for storage of whatever in my sewing room
