As a Fighter, I feel this song speaks to all the Fighters out there, past, present, and future. I lost my high school sweetheart, my pregnant girlfriend, and my first child all in the same year. I hurt, I stumbled around in the dark, but I didn't give up. I fell, but I stood back up. I had nothing left, but I was still a Fighter. 5 years later, I lost my grandpa (who was like a dad to me) and I didn't give up. I stood up, I fought with everything I had already lost and more. I fought my way back to where I stand today. In a loving relationship with an almost 3 year old son who has autism. Even when my road was the darkest, I remembered. I Am (a) Fighter.
This reminds me of a woman I know. She's this song, through and through. She inspires me, and this song is an absolutely great ode to her. This one's for you, Mom

0:00 Our hero and his daughter enters the top floor of a tall, druidic spire. Our villain, dressed in dragon scale armor and wielding scythes made of fatal Thanatos' Steel, is waiting for them at the other side of the room. 0:15 Our hero sees the villain, and he scowls furiously with determination. This is it. The moment he has waited for his whole life. That man, on the other side of the room across from him, has taken everything away from him. The villain has burned his hometown to the ground, desecrated his kingdom's most sacred knights' graves to grow his undead army using necromancy, and has killed the hero's firstborn son and wife. And the villain has completely destroyed the hero's daughter's kingdom, leaving her in his care. This is it. This is his revenge. His chance to right the wrongs the villain has caused. 0:43 The hero shouts the villain's name, his voice filled with rage. The villain smiles maliciously. *The old fool has come to fight him,* he thought. *How adorable.* The hero draws his sword, his daughter, her axe, and the sword's blade bursts into flame. The villain unsheaths his scythes, with their pale white ivory hilts and dark, shiny sickles. He let's out a crazy, evil laugh. 1:12 The hero recalls the villain's attack on his hometown, when he was just a boy; a memory burned into his mind with the flames and blood of the villain's carnage. He remembers running through the streets that were covered in flames, watching as innocent men, women, and children were slaughtered by soldiers of the villain. The villain himself intercepted the boy. The villain unleashed those same black blades on the hero then as he did now. He remembers how bad it hurt when he was slashed across the face with just a mere grazing of the scythes, giving him the scar across his right eye he wears today. The hero stands there, boiling with anger and vengeance. He lets out a frenzied, primal howl of a battle cry, and rushes towards the villain. 1:42 The villain runs toward the hero as well. When they meet, he slashes at the hero with one scythe, then the other. The hero deflects and parries with his flaming broadsword, and sparks fly off the colliding metal surfaces. He kicks the villain in the stomach, knocking him back. The hero leaps, bringing his sword down with him. The villain knocks it back with his scythes, and the battle continues. 2:13 As he fights, the hero then recalls the death of his son. It was a cold, wintery day. The hero worked as a blacksmith, and his son was his apprentice. He was also being taught swordfighting from his father, in fear that the villain would one day return. One day, at the outskirts of town, a large beast was spotted in a nearby forest. His son, bold and adventurous, set off to defeat it. Hours later, and his son still hadn't returned. The hero went out into the forest looking for him. He found his son's dead body, with a black scythe blade broken off, lodged in his chest, cut through his armor like wet paper. 2:42 He knocks the blades from the villain's hand. He kicks him in the chest, knocking him to the ground. He points the tip of his sword at the villain's cold, black eyes. *Anakyros,* the hero says. *You have destroyed my life. You have destroyed my home, my family, and others' lives aw well. Now,* And he raises his blade, ready to finish the villain, *You shall lose yours.* 3:12 The villain releases brilliant bolts of lightning from his fingers, sending the hero flying, and then crashing to the ground, unconscious. The villain gets to his feet, picks up the scythes, and turns to fight the hero's daughter. Axe and scythes clash, though the daughter's movements and technique are less refined and more frantic than her father's. She tries her best to keep up with the villain's swift strikes, but it is clear he has the upper hand. 3:42 The hero wakes up, seeing the villain fight his daughter. Though exhausted and in pain, he rises. He limps towards the villain, who has his back turned to the hero. As he walks towards the villain, he reminisces of him raising his daughter, from when he found her on his doorstep as a helpless infant, to her first steps, to the start of her apprenticeship under him. How well she was at swordfighting, with her graceful yet unrefined swings and thrusts, her strong parries and dodges. He believes that she turned out to be an amazing young woman. 3:55 He grabs the villain by the neck, from behind. He squeezes the villain's throat hard. He whispers in his ear, *I am Sevinter Casar Maritrius. You have taken everything away from me. You have pillaged my hometown, massacred my people, and killed my son. I will not let you take anything else from me.* 4:10 The hero, calling upon all of his remaining energy, plunges his sword through a gap in the back of the villain's breastplate. The hero holds it there, deep in the villain's back. The villain gives out one last gurgling breath, and drops limp. The hero pushes out his sword, and sheaths it. 4:40 The hero suddenly feels very weak, and collapses to the floor. His daughter runs to his side, but she knows it is too late. But her father is content with his ending. He considers his life fulfilled. He has raised a fine daughter, fought for glory and riches, and has taken revenge on the man he hated the most. His life was quite fullfilling, he thought as his mind slipped away into the numb darkness slowly overwhelming him. And now, he will get to see his family, his friends, and his late son again soon.
My mom died on the 4th of August by covid and I don't know if anyone else believes this but she was the strongest person I've ever met because she was fighting for her life until her last breathe and I miss her and she will always be my hero,my mother,my best friend and I will never ever forget her and I've had a really bad time but my cousin says I should never give up on her and make her proud by passing my grades and that's exactly what I'm gonna do I'm gonna stay strong for her and I'll keep fighting
No . People only die to Covid who are stubborn the body is legit made to endure hardship if someone dies they do it to themselves . This is very dificult for people to hear especially those in the prosess of grieving because of attachment it blinds people to the truth of things .
Husband walks out after 30 years of you surviving his abuse & neglect. This song just becomes a part of you & anyone around me that can hear or feel a beat ! Thank you !! ❤ Matt Beilis YOU CAN'T BREAK ME !
"he challenged a thousand men,his blade ever sharper his senses honed to the hilt, for no man who faced him ever lived to tell the tale no woman alive would ever forget his battle scared face, his battle scared chest, through out centuries his legend shall be told,of a bold warrior sword in hand with a smile on his face, they called him the fighter for that is what he truly was"
Love this song so much and it's very relatable as I see someone that has been through a lot of trauma in their life but never gives up no matter how tough life gets for them.
When I was three years old I got diagnosed with type one diabetes, I don't remember ever having a quote one quote "normal" life without insulin or blood everyday. It's awful. When I was nine, I got depressed and started harming myself, but later on, I eventually started talking to my mom. Trying to communicate to her, even if she didn't believe my depression. It hurt when she didn't believe me, it still hurt now. But I'm sixteen now, i have very helping and kind friends who are very supportive of me. My mom, though she didn't believe my depression, is still there for me and helps me. At first I was broken, at first I was a victim. But not anymore, I'm a fighter, through and through.
I am fighting many physical problems at this moment in my life and just thanks for this inspiring song. Appreciate it more than I could ever explain in just words.
I've survived, I've gave it my all, and I'm honestly just tired, and I'm ready for my final sleep, every fight gets harder, and I give up a little more each time,I'm wearing thin, this song is a good motivation out of bed
You,re not alone... have you seen sense8 serie? try to remember last time you felt really good and reproduce again this feeling in your head that makes forget why you,re sad..talk to me wherever you need 😘
Just wanted to say thanks for giving me the time ... God bless you all from fighter ...🙌🙌.. I got this I walk alone now ... But it all journey made me who I am ... Thank you for sticking g bye me and not loosing hope ... From fighter
I went through hell recently, and everyone has been treating me like I'm broken. I'm sick of hearing that I'm "broken". I'm a fighter. If I hadn't fought for my life, I wouldn't be here today. I almost lost, but in the end I won. Not because I was broken. Because I'm a fighter. I didn't give in. And I refuse to give in. There is so much to fight for, and I've got a lot of life left in me. Never give up on life, because you never know what it has in store for you. Don't give in if you aren't even close to the end - and even if you are, keep fighting. You deserve a chance to live your best life. So, don't stop fighting. Don't let anyone tell you you're broken. You are stronger than you know, smarter than you care to admit, and your soul shines brighter than the stars. Sometimes to see how bright you shine, you have to go through a bit of the dark.
I really appreciate this comment, never stop fighting, when we are down that is just our boost to shoot for the stars and soar through life and its trials. You are a fighter thank you for your example and encouragement
You know when I listen to your music I get goosebumps all over my arms. Dont happen very often. Only when I listen to someone who's gonna make it big. Your music is that good. Keep making music and we will keep listening......

Everyone of us can be called a Fighter" even though we suffer and struggling in life but because of our beloved families or love still we braved and trying our best to be strong and to be FIGHTER.

My Beautiful wife, whatever adversity comes her way, she eventually always finds the strength of will and character to carry on, just one of the many things I love about her.🙏🏼
The sounds of clashing swords were muffled in her ears as she stood on the battlefield, bloody and broken. Exhausted, she tipped her head to the clouded heavens and closed her eyes. She breathed in deeply to take in all the smells--- blood, steel, mud. Slowly, she straightened and opened her eyes. She gazed upon her friends, upon her family, upon her allies... Those who answered her call of war. A silence fell upon the field and her gaze focused on the one standing before her. Her eyes narrowed and she clenched the hilt of her sword tighter. Images of chains and whips flashed before her vision, and she scowled. It was time to end this. With a battlecry for the heavens, she launched at her enemy, sword raised.
This song sings to something deep inside me. I've fought my whole life to prove I was more then labels. And this really helps drive home that if we who fight, continue it as we grow older, we will become the ones who can build a better and brighter future for the next generations. Whether we're fighting a local fight, or taking on larger issues however we can, let us forever fight for a better dawn.
We live in a broken world that is plagued by all manners of darkness, some of insidious intent and others brought on by our own fears. I have been hit by cars twice, been in a head-on collision at speed, fallen off of roofs and been given heart-rending news by doctors. It is said that what doesn't kill you makes you stronger. I deny that statement. What doesn't kill you leaves scars. Healing is what makes us stronger. I strive to see every dawn not as an omen of doom but as an opportunity to continue healing no matter what comes. That is the fight of life. This is why I call my self Fighter. Fighting back doesn't always mean going out on the front lines, sometimes it means healing in spite of the trauma.
i'm ready now for what's coming i've seen it all with my eyes closed unsteady now but i won't quit running no,i'll never let go final hour,i feel my heart racing i feel my body bracing the darkness descends lord knows, the glory i been chasing it's stripped me of everything and now it might be the end the sun in gone I'm holding' on swallowed up in the fires but don't call me broken just call me fighter a life of pain wrapped up in chains still my dream burns brighter don't call me broken just call me fighter call me fighter call me fighter call me fighter don't call me broken just call me fighter a warrior lives for battle and fights for a new dawn a light keeps shining even when all hope and the world have moved on the sun is gone I'm holding on swallowed up in the fire but don't call me broken just call me fighter a life of pain wrapped up in chains still my dream burns brighter don't call me broken just call me fighter call me fighter call me fighter call me fighter don't call me broken just call me fighter i embrace the day and I'm ready to face the fight the brave don't fade away wrapped up in chains a life of pain still my dream burns brighter you can't break me call me fighter call me fighter call me fighter call me fighter don't call me broken just call me fighter.
"I know your tired, I know the night has been long. I've seen your struggles and how you've battled through forces of darkness. Still, your enemy readies another round. You look up, seeing the mountain in front of you, trying to hold to hope. But fear not, my soldier. Your cried for aid have not gone unheard. Your agony has not fallen on deaf ears. Turn now, look behind you: an army is at your back, ready to deal the final blow to the enemy! Stand now, warrior! Dust off your shield! Ready your sword, not for battle, but for victory! Stand, my fighter for the battle and day is yours!"

this might sound strange but the sound of the song and voice and beauty in all of it,, makes me think of a man I've yet to meet and who I write about everyday and think of everyday. a person I look up to. someone to call friend and home. I'm not sure why but this song makes me feel like I'm nearer to someone with a good soul, and the song just really touches my own soul. 🙂
to be a bit clearer on the strangeness,, I have a character in my stories that is like the theme of this song. he is someone I will one day come to know in real life. it's funny,, I don't know who I'll match, but somehow when I write, it's as if I've already met him. idk if that makes sense.
Love it could see this being turned into a kick-ass Cadence for real warriors! I love it personally you can just call me what I truly an a broken up warrior fighter! I'm good with that..my scars and pains keep me connected to my Saviors name! ❤️
Indeed, a man who shall willfully lie his life down for others is one who can truly be called a man. Not only that, but one who is willing to take the entire world's burdens on his shoulders while treating others like gemstones, like temples, is one who is worthy of bearing the title of a man.
I'm 15 and my dream is to become a UFC champion, I had my first training session yesterday with a former champion, I seriously thought i was gonna die, i'm very unfit, but i wont give up, and i will train to become the best in the world.
From as long as I can remember I have always fought and a few times fallen but always got back up from abusive parents to being trafficked and I always got back up and fought so this song speaks so much to me and I hope I'm not the only one it speaks to
"Your not good enough" "Cant wait to see it fail" "That's a bad idea but I cant stop you" "if you get real members i'll leave you alone" 1 month later... I've proved every single doubter wrong and I don't hear anything else anymore?
As a man who gave up fighting I've realised what I must do because of this song . I'm a man who fought all my life and never won but if I stop I won't win ever
I Love this song I losted my husband on 1/29/2010 due to agent orange he was a fighter as I am I go through everyday being strong because he fought for our Freedom I will never give up fighting for what I believe in and that Freedom. God Bless
It's a powerful song 'The sun is gone/I'm holdin' on/Swallowed up in the fires/But don't call me broken/Just call me fighter'. I definitely identify myself with this song.
Kind of took this song more on a personal level. My past as a kid has darker point to it, but yet I'm still here. Even when that part of my past decides to bring me down at times.
I see a man who has been rebuilt time and time again slowly losing bits and pieces of his wall of sanity. I see a man who knows at the Sands of Time all too well. I see this man has suffered the descent into madness that is life. The rest of what I see cannot be put into words nor can they be described
I'm going to start writing this under every video of yours. Every time I hear one of your gems, I can't believe you got so little attention(It will be to little, no matter how many more subscribers are coming ;D) -Thank you, Common Sense

You have pillaged my hometown, massacred my people, and killed my son. I will not let you take anything else from me.*
4:10
The hero, calling upon all of his remaining energy, plunges his sword through a gap in the back of the villain's breastplate. The hero holds it there, deep in the villain's back. The villain gives out one last gurgling breath, and drops limp. The hero pushes out his sword, and sheaths it.
4:40
The hero suddenly feels very weak, and collapses to the floor.

A warrior lives for battle, and fights for a new dawn.
A new dawn, a better tomorrow.
The dream of a future left improved, by one’s actions. It’s beyond your wants, it’s fighting for everyone.
Unbroken

Means a lot to me!! Thank u!
Wow, this is deep. I appreciate this. Thank you for saying all this, and keep standing strong.
You are a fighter. Don't let anything break you. We may get tired but we're still in the fight.
Thank you for your beautiful words , fighter
I really appreciate this comment, never stop fighting, when we are down that is just our boost to shoot for the stars and soar through life and its trials. You are a fighter thank you for your example and encouragement

As a single mom this song resonates so profoundly
You got this.... Your child is your world and you are his world....never forget that ... I am the son of a single mother ❤

This is one of my favourite songs in your tracks COMMON SENSE
I can listen to your music all day and all night . That's how good it is.
Don't call me broken just call me a fighter.... amen!
This track is out of this world guys!!!!!!

It’s a lyric video. And the lyrics are also in the description.
Why?
"La strada per Althemia" è praticamente giunta al termine. Tutto ha una fine, anche le cose più belle. Grazie di tutto, Carlo!

this might sound strange but the sound of the song and voice and beauty in all of it,, makes me think of a man I've yet to meet and who I write about everyday and think of everyday. a person I look up to. someone to call friend and home. I'm not sure why but this song makes me feel like I'm nearer to someone with a good soul, and the song just really touches my own soul. 🙂
to be a bit clearer on the strangeness,, I have a character in my stories that is like the theme of this song. he is someone I will one day come to know in real life. it's funny,, I don't know who I'll match, but somehow when I write, it's as if I've already met him. idk if that makes sense.
hope you meet him soon
I love it. This song decribes me in SOOO Many ways

Greater love has no one than this, that one lay down his life for his friends
Indeed, a man who shall willfully lie his life down for others is one who can truly be called a man. Not only that, but one who is willing to take the entire world's burdens on his shoulders while treating others like gemstones, like temples, is one who is worthy of bearing the title of a man.

I see a man who has been rebuilt time and time again slowly losing bits and pieces of his wall of sanity. I see a man who knows at the Sands of Time all too well.
