I didn't buy anything on this trip, as I've already done my part for the economy this month! Although I do have a little list for next time! Woo-hoo!! And to all the dads out there...wishing you a Happy Father's Day!
I went here on a visit to Spokane and I loved it. I wished it was near me. It had all the yarns and the people were so helpful and friendly. The space in amazing. I could have stayed there a week with no problem.
How nice you got to visit! A week would be so easy to do there! I haven’t been in awhile; but I do have another tour and demo from them to share in the future. I agree…they’re so nice and helpful! Truly a wonderful experience in fiber wonderland!
Thanks for the tour of the beautiful yarn store. It's a little overwhelming to see all the different kinds of yarn, all the beautiful colors. A person could spend hours in there. You are very knowledgeable about the different yarn, which made it very interesting. Bye for now.♥️
That is a beautiful shop, and so much,,, I loved the ribbon yarn,, oh so pretty,,, if I ever can crochet as I used to.... what fun to spend the day making something from some of that awesome yarn.....great tour.. ❤️🌼
Oh my goodness! All that scrumptious yarny goodness! Like being in fiber heaven. Thanks, Helene, for the virtual tour. So glad you were able to enjoy your trip. Would certainly enjoy any other shops you can visit. I don’t think we have anything in my neck of the woods to compare. Stay safe. Stay well ☺️
Hi Helene, I could get lost in this beautiful yarn shop, it is so aptly named. I have never seen such gorgeous yarn. If I had to choose a yarn to buy I would be lost, it would take me days to make up my mind.. Thank you for taking us with you on the tour, I thoroughly enjoyed it.
Thank you so much for the wonderful tour. So enjoyed seeing the shop and the yarn and all the other things they had!! I don’t even have a local yarn shop anymore, the closest is an hour away. Can’t imagine seeing and touching all that yarn, I’ve never seen such a gigantic yarn store!!! Especially all that hand dyed cotton - that’s my thing and it’s hard to find around here. Really like your shirt by the way!!!
Hi Evelyn! So happy you had fun on the tour! It's a distance into the city; but not bad and worth the drive. I got my shirt, if you can believe, at a festival on sale for $5.00!!!
It's 2yrs ago, but Thank you for a wonderful adventure of Paradise Fibers shop. Is it still located the same place today. I would love to take a trip there. Love yarn.❤💕👍
Thank you for watching! Yes, still there and lots to offer! I had another very educational tour into the world of fiber spinning. I filmed quite a bit and need to break it down and put it all together. I hope you'll stay tuned for that in the near future! 💗
The spools are for the spinning wheels and the tool was a kniddy knoddy used for transfering your yarn from the bobbins to make hanks. I spin my own yarn and it's wonderful. I have ordered from Paradise but never been to the store, thanks for the tour,
Thanks for the info! So nice you spin! It's very interesting and intriguing to me. I'm sure the possibilities are endless! I went back to the store last Fall learned a lot more. I had a great tour and filmed the upstairs spinning area. At some point I'll edit all of the clips and get it up. Lovely that you've ordered from them. 😍
The first wooden tool you didn’t recognize is called a niddy noddy, spinners use them to make those pretty twisted skeins that you then use a yarn swift and either a noste pinne or a ball winder to wind a center pull ball of yarn.
😆😆😆 I am in Washington in Federal Way...been here almost two year’s, it would be a nice day drive don’t know many places here other than Joanns Hobby Lobby and Walmart, thank you for sharing. I’m so excited!!!
Well hello fellow Washingtonian! I've "only" been here 7 years and still haven't made it to the western side! We were going to this summer to see the Olympic Peninsula; but that's out for now. It will make a very nice drive indeed!

Absolutely gorgeous yarns. I would be lost in that store. I'd never make it out again

Hi and thanks so much for all the great & interesting info! Niddy noddy, what a fun name for a tool!
