The Ideal Wind Speed to Learn to Sail

There is an ideal wind speed range to sail in, train in, and stay at home with. Also, the type of boat (and length) matters. I'll go over each of those and talk about a couple of considerations when deciding whether to take her out or not.

Great tutorial I just want to name that i learn all ways start with the main sail since it give the boat more stability and make it more easy to keep a direction since it give speed to the boat. If we start withe fokk sail is les stable and harder to control the direction spesial in stronger wind. what is your opinion?
