So, use case scenario: 3 camera setup for streaming/recording a live show/Podcast. Flexibility to use a hardware switcher like the atem mini as well as an itb solution like OBS. Would you go with 3 Obsbot tail air or (in the same price range) 3 sony zve10 (or even the compact zv1)?
@@NeenjaProdux ZVE10 will have a slight advantage in image quality due to interchangeable lenses but if you’re keeping budget down the obsbots are good and won’t require buying lenses.
@ ZV1 has a built in lens that only goes to F2.8, while the ZVE10 allows for interchangeable lenses with more wiggle room. I've found F1.4 lenses work phenomenally and the image is a bit nicer.
Good question. USB-C is going to be compressed so there's always technically a delay due to processing time. I don't see any delay changing when using AI tracking but I feel like it's one of those things where you'd have to determine based on your unqiue situation. If you take the feed into OBS or any software, you could be introducing more delay depending on the computer processing power.
@@kirimagemedia as mentioned in the video, they make ND filters that connect magnetically 😄 but I’m not aware of any pro mist type of filter at this time. You can however tweak sharpness in the settings.
This looks cool!
Great video! Thank you for aharing and joining thr FB group
Would you consider the remote to be a necessity? Can you achieve the same functionality via the App/desktop software?
@@maxbls16 you can do the same moves and presets with software but the Wii style feature will only happen with the remote.

If we're talking about zv1 - obsbot setup is better i think. Zve10 takes more money from your budget.

How far can u place this from a person
@@chrisrichardson8908 it depends how large or small you want them to be in your frame.
Does using the usb c as an output create any added frame delay? and is there any (more) delay that comes from engaging the AI tracking?

I wonder if there's an option to attach lens filters eg pro mist etc to give a little extra creative look to your images. Thanks - great review

@@zephanmoses thanks mate. nd filters will make a massive difference anyway 👍🏻
