I love equal length headers on the EJ25. I think they sound better, and you get better more even EG evacuation. More horsepuppies over unequal length too
A trick to swivel sockets that does the same thing as what you did with the tape: just buy impact swivels. They're generally stiffer and much stronger

You’re gonna need to seperate the flares when it meets up with the bumper unless you take the flare off with the bumper
One thing you can do and is a must fo on a subaru if your gonna make more power is get an air oil separator it'll help with blow by and help your built motor love longer the factory pcv system sucks when you start to make more power and if you want cool turbo noises get a Grimmspeed bypass valve you'll love it

Big turbo + EL headers sound better imo. My 02 wrx had EL headers and I side piped it like the srt4’s do back in the day. People would always ask me to rev it. My 04 xt has borla UEL’s on currently and I want to swap my EL back on but I can cause I’ll need a retune. I really want them on now with this video lol😂
I have a fp blue on my 04 wrx.. my motor is build the whole nine piston, rods, closed deck block, fuel system etc… but I made 420whp and 400 torque on pump gas this turbo is so good and it’s has such a good spool it sound crazy! 😊😊

I know that feeling. When I replace my turbo for a Boost Lab Td06-20g one thing I hated was the oil line back to the block.. took me awhile.

Just your Daily Advice is worth watching your channel for,but luckily your a mechanic like me, i own my own shop with my father now,who wasn't their for me til i was 20,but wouldn't change a thing even though it was tough growing up without. If I could suggest anything it would. E to get a DAMD flat bottom carbon wheel. Maintains the factory buttons and airbag. Oem+ and I PROMISE it will change your entire driving experience. You’ll love it

Put an o-ring around the swivel instead makes it nice and tight and don’t have to deal with the tape

Molding the flares to the lip kit is bold move hope you never need to remove the lip kit lol but I’m excited to see the build progress

Up to now I don't understand why would drew just leave to get another job else where when he seemed to be a very good intelligent hard worker that loved working on cars,why would you leave something that you love that allegedly pays well over an office job.
