That is one beautiful place. Great job on the video. That tree behind you at the end, what a golden beauty. Utah is much prettier than I thought. Loved the cameo appearances by Michael Meyes. lol
@DowntheRoadPresents This is so well done and well shot. Good job doing this and H4 is one of my most favorites as well of the Halloween franchise. It is actually the first Halloween movie I saw. I saw H4 and H5 first, the H1 and H2. I saw it for the first time when AMC used to air them the whole week of Halloween.
Great job!! How did you get to that part of the bridge? I couldn’t figure it out. Also I had a hard time with the Sanitarium in the beginning of the movie. So curious how you got to where the stairs are.
Thank you , Leslie. To get that bridge angle, I walked through the bushes to get to that piece of land Loomis pulled in on. On the Sanitarium, that was pure luck. That area was another block away and I happened to drive back and look again, I passed right by that angle with stairs. It was pure luck.
@@DowntheRoadPresents you’re welcome :) and thank you. I’m not really sure which bushes you’re referring to. I have another opportunity to go but I’m contemplating because that spot was very scary for me. But thanks again for responding.
@@LeslieLove Once you walk down the path towards the bridge, there are set of bushes/trees to the right. That’s where I went to capture the exact location. When I was down there, there was no one around, but I could tell there were some people living in that area. If you go back, just be cautious.
@@DowntheRoadPresents yeah there was a man and a little boy inside of a tent and a bunch of other people there. Thank you, I’m still not sure I will go. But now I think I know what you mean.
This is awesome! You did a great job capturing and recapping these locations. I live in Utah and create Halloween-themed content year round. It’s a beautiful place. We actually recreated the opening title sequence of the film at the original filming locations a few years back. It’s on our channel if you’re curious!
The front of Ridgemont when you see the guard come out to greet the ambulance. You see windows on the guard house with people inside. But now it's just a brick wall. I wonder if they built a facade in front of that brick wall.
Awesome video! What a beautiful part of the world, and some of the houses are so gorgeous. Might be a silly question, but I've always wondered why so many homes have the American flag hanging outside their house?
Vincents Drugstore was also featured in the 1994 mini-series, "The Stand". Nick and Tom arrive in Pratt, Kansas (- and standing in for Pratt is Salt Lake City, of course!). 🙂 Tom has a stomach ache, and Nick goes into Vincent's Drug for Pepto and meets Julie (whom he mistakes for a manaquin). 🫠 😉

Great vlog and attention to detail. What do you think of the horrible mask in 4 lol
Thank you for the kind words. That mask though….. oooof!
His friend is wearing it in this video lol 😂

You forgot the location where they all shot Michael and fell in the river
Why don’t you give addresses
Great job with the vid but that mask your friend is wearing is awful lol
I agree!!!
