As someone who has done product development and marketing I can tell you what's different (with an example). We're not gonna invest thousands of dollars on production, manufacturing and distribution on a product made for kids that hasn't been manually tested with kids first.

Lol have some brain physical jobs can't be replaced until 100 years like that if they invent Terminator or i robots then they can be replaced

Software testing roles might soon be predominantly handled by AI within the next 2-3 years believe it or not. AI is able to provide lot more creative solutions to many problems
