Church is where you find calmness out the madness on Sundays at least don't stop .. If you can't make it pray.. You find comfort in that too.. keep your head up keep that enthusiasm and don't stop singing about the good things. We all know we drink and do things sometimes but don't we want to build the nation we can't do that by soliciting all the things that are tearing it down. I've always lived by I keep my habits to myself and I don't try to stumble anyone along the way. I may not do many things but I still don't talk often so as not to stumble.. it ok to talk about having a drink every now and then but to really elaborate on things you're teaching the Young so watch what you're teaching them! Country sucks man. It’s a lot of people who don’t deserve to be up that that Hollywood glorified. Laney Wilson for example. She sucks her voice sucks she failed for over ten years then when pandering women 247 became the normal she jumps in finally but still sounds like shit and everyone loves her. I joined the service with my best friend and went infantry. From basic and ait, to the same platoons and often same teams. Every school and multiple deployments he was always there. He was my brother and we went through so much. But that man always encouraged me to train harder, that the bad days werent so bad and to smile a little more.
He lost his battle with ptsd a year ago. Ive never known pain like this.
All i can do is hope hes no longer hurting and resting in peace.
The story does not fit but having lost my wife of 45 years recently the chorus brings me to tears.

Just stumbled upon his music 03August, 2024. I'm not usually a country music fan, mostly 60's rock but I felt like listening to country this morning, found Bailey and I liked those of his songs I've listened to so far. Anyway,, my last name is same as his and I can't help but wonder if we're related. No,, not looking for monetary gain,, I'm almost 78, diagnosed with lung cancer even tho I just finished radiation. Chemo is next. My dear Wife of 44 years passed away only 21 days ago,, recon I'll be along and join her pretty soon. I'm interested only because there aren't many Zimmermans in the limelight. Recon I'll google him and learn a bit more about him.
